Description

Methods are known for finding ionizing radiation in an emulsion of an exposed and processed photonegative by placing it in the field of view of a microscope and a device for implementing the methods.

The described method differs from the known ones in that the optical image of a negative is projected onto a photosensitive mosaic of an electronic device iconoscope. Then, periodic signals occurring in the device are selected, and the coordinates of the nuclear cleavage centers are determined by their nature. For this, the iconoscope is provided with an additional spiral scan and is connected to a mechanism for fixing the coordinates of the nuclear center on the punch card.

The drawing shows a skeleton diagram of the device. A, l implementation of the described method.

The studied photonegative / emu.chsii through projection optics 2 is projected onto the mosaic of the iconoscope 3. The ionoscope is equipped with an additional spiral scan, in addition to scanning through frames and lines, carried out from 4 to 5 magnetic sweep generators. The latter is obtained by applying to mutually perpendicular pairs of electrostatic deflection plates sinusoidal damped oscillations of the same frequency, but having a phase shift of 90 °. The sinusoidal oscillations are generated by the generator 6, the phase shift is carried out by the phase inverter 7. As a result of the superposition of the electrostatic and magnetic magnet, the electron beam runs along the signal plate of the iconoscope along a complex trajectory. Signals will be received from the iconoscope depending on the mosaic illumination. The signals are randomly distributed until the center of the spiral scan is aligned with the center of nuclear splitting. In the latter case, the signals take on the nature of a periodic series of pulses of a specific sequence. The signals are amplified by a photocurrent amplifier 8 and fed to the inputs of pulse generators 9, 10, 11, 12, as well as to the input of the signal selector 13. The signal selector is connected to pulse generators. The system, consisting of a selector and pulsed generators, allows to determine the coordinates of the nuclear
