Claims

A device for resection of tissues, containing a cutting element with a handle, characterized in that, in order to reduce injury to the tooth rudiments during resection of the cortical plate of the jaw, it is equipped with a support bar made in the form of two legs with spikes, and the cutting element in the cross section has the shape of an isosceles triangle, and the cutting element and the spikes are directed in one direction relative to the plane of the support bar.
