Description
1 one
The invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely, devices for damping oscillations of systems in spruce rolling stock.
Цель изобретени - повышение энергоемкости за счет увеличени площади поверхностей трени .The purpose of the invention is to increase energy intensity by increasing the surface area of the friction surfaces.
The drawing shows a rotary hydraulic vibration damper, a longitudinal section.
A rotary hydraulic vibration damper contains a housing 1 filled with a viscous working fluid, a rotor 2 placed into it and disks 3 and 4 mounted with a gap relative to each other, alternately fixed on the housing 1 and the rotor 2, respectively, and made wavy, the crests of which are arranged concentric and equidistant the pits of the adjacent disks 3 and 4. In addition, on the case 1, fins 5 are made to increase the heat exchange area between the working fluid and the surrounding medium.

Rotational hydraulic vibration damper works as follows.
5 With the mutual rotational movement of the rotor 2 and the housing 1 in the gaps between the disks 3 and 4, a flow of fluid develops, accompanied by viscous friction, and consequently, the dissipation of the vibrational energy of the damped object (not shown). Moreover, making the discs 3 and 4 undulating, in the form of ridges and valleys increases the contact area
15 in the gaps between the viscous liquid and the disks 3 and 4, which increases the work of the friction forces in the quencher. When the housing 1 and the rotor 2 rotate each other, the centrifugal forces acting on the liquid move it from the center of the rotor 2 S to the gaps between the disks 3 and 4 to the periphery, and the crests of the disks 3 and 4 prevent such movement, which increases the damping effect of the damper .
