Description
Способы заполнени ловушкп смесью сухого льда с ацетоном или твердым поглотителем, состо щим из магни и хлористого магни , не дают должного эффекта по улавливанию паров воды ц кислоты .In the process of vacuum separation of magnesium sulfate titanium, zirconium and other metal products, a significant amount of water vapor of hydrochloric acid is released, which, falling into vacuum pumps, cause their deterioration and rapid wear, resulting in reduced separation process performance and product quality. The method of freezing water and acid vapors known in vacuum technology is associated with large design and operational difficulties: liquid nitrogen, expensive Dyuar vessels, bulky heat-insulated communications are necessary. Methods of filling traps with a mixture of dry ice with acetone or a solid absorber consisting of magnesium and magnesium chloride do not give the desired effect on trapping water vapor with acid.
800°.The proposed method of protecting vacuum pumps provides more reliable protection of pumps against water vapor and hydrochloric acid. This is achieved by the fact that the trap installed in front of the vacuum pump consists of two sections: the first is filled with activated carbon, and the second is titanium chips heated to 800 °, or respectively solidly caustic alkali and titanium chips, heated to 800 °.
