Известный в вакуумной технике способ вымораживани  паров воды и кислоты св зан с большими конструктивными и эксплуатационными трудно.ст ми: необходим жидкий азот, дорогосто щие сосуды Дюара, громоздкие теплоизолируемые коммуникации. Способы заполнени  ловушкп смесью сухого льда с ацетоном или твердым поглотителем, состо щим из магни  и хлористого магни , не дают должного эффекта по улавливанию паров воды ц кислоты .In the process of vacuum separation of magnesium sulfate titanium, zirconium and other metal products, a significant amount of water vapor of hydrochloric acid is released, which, falling into vacuum pumps, cause their deterioration and rapid wear, resulting in reduced separation process performance and product quality.
