Abstract
Изобретение относитс к области контрольно-измерительной техники и мржет быть использовано при испытании твердых материалов на твердость с одновременной регистрацией сигналов акустической эмиссии (АЭ). Целью изобретени вл етс повьшение точности определени качества твердых материалов за счет исключени паразитного статического сигнала и сигналов АЭ, которые могут возникать непосредственно в преобразователе, и снижени искажений принимаемых сигналов АЭ, Кроме того, целью изобретени вл етс расширение области применени благодар возможности применени более широкого диапазона нагрузок при индентирован,ии. Нагружающий механизм развивает усилие, которое через болты передаетс хомуту и поджатому им кольцу из материала с акустическим сопротивлением поперечных акустических колебаний меньшим, чем у материала волновода, и далее окружающему кольцом волноводу с ин- дентором. Цель изобретени - повьшение точности определени качества твердых материалов благодар исключению возможности возникновени под воздей- с твием усилий, нагружающих индентор паразитного статического сигнала на преобразователь и сигналов АЭ, возникающих непосредственно в преобразователе , а также снижению искажений принимаемьпс сигналов АЭ, возникающих в контролируемых твердых материалах . Кроме того, целью изобретени вл етс расширение области применени благодар возможности применени более широкого диапазона нагрузок при индентировании с сохранением целостности преобразовател .
