Description
Примен емые способы защиты от кавитационного разрушени деталей машин ИЛИ аппаратов, погруженных в жидкость, недостаточно эффективны, так как предохранительные пленки, создаваемые на поверхности деталей дл этой цели, непрочны и быстро отслаиваютс .The applied methods of protection against cavitational destruction of machine parts OR apparatus immersed in a liquid are not sufficiently effective, since the protective films created on the surface of the parts for this purpose are fragile and quickly peel off.
The described method of protecting metals from cavitation destruction more than three times increases their durability, due to the fact that the protective films that are created are firmly held on the surface of the protected parts. The production of such strong films is ensured by the introduction into the working medium of minor additives of organic substances, and an intermediate SUBSTANCE from other organic substances can be created in advance and sufficiently surfactants are produced. As a reagent creating a protective film, orthoxachinoline, various potassium xanthanate, etc., as well as sodium diethyldithicarbonate can be used, the latter being the most effective. Pine oils, octyl alcohol, quinoline bases, kerosene and other surface active agents can be used as reagents.
Two or more substances of the first and second groups are introduced into the working medium in the sum of not more than 0.1% of the volume of the working medium, for example, water, OR solutions of suspensions, in which the protected parts work.
