Изобретение относитс е импульсной технике и может быть использова но в измерительных устройствах как широкополосный согласующий элемент. Целью изобретени вл етс расширение диапазона частот при работе с индуктивным датчиком путем сдвига вниз граничной частоты с помощью сни жени входного сопротивлени устройства . На чертеже приведена структурна электрическа схема предлагаемого устройства. Устройство содержит повторитель тока на бипол рных транзисторах, пер вый вход которого соединен с выходом управл ющего элемента 2, резистор 3 первый вывод которого соединен с nep вой обкладкой конденсатора 4, источник 5 смещени , шины 6 и 7 источника питани , дифференциальный усилитель 8, выход которого соединен с управл ющим входом управл ющего элемента 2, инвертирующий вход - с первой обкладкой конденсатора 4, втора обкладка которого соединена с неинвертирующим входом дифференциального усилител 8 и выходом источника 5 смещени , включенного между шинами 6 и 7 источника питани , второй вывод резистора 3 соединен с первым выходом повторител 1 тока на бипол рных транзисторах, а второй и третий входы которого соединены соответственно с первой 9 и второй 10 входными шинами усилительного устройства . Кроме того, устройство содержит второе усилительное устройство, вклю ченное парафазно относительно первого , причем вторые входные шины 10 усилительных устройств соединены. В несимметричном варианте работы усилительного устройства датчик 11I с разделительным конденсатором, соединенным последовательно, подключают к шинам 9 и 10. К выходу повторител 1 и выходу (к общей шине) источника 5 подключают соответственно центральную жилу и оболочку коакси- ального кабел измерительного прибора . В симметричном варианте работы усилительного устройства, состо щего из двух идентичных усилительных устройств, индуктивный датчик 11 непосредственно подключен к шине 9 обоих устройств, а их шины 10 соединены между собой. Выходы обоих устройств аналогично и независимо подключены каждьй к отдельному коаксиальному кабелю, причем оболочки этих кабелей объедин ютс на дифференциальном входе измерительного прибора . В несимметричном варианте устройство работает следующим образом. Напр жение, развиваемое на шине 9 относительно шины 10 током сигнала датчика, усиливаетс с повторением по фазе на выходе устройства, при этом между выходом и входом устройства , всего один переход проходного транзистора повторител 1 тока. Напр жение с выхода отводитс фильтром нижних частот (резистор 3 и конденсатор 4) на инвертирующий вход усилител 8 и далее в той же фазе, мину - усилитель В и управл ющий элемент 2 попадает на базу проходного транзистора повторител 1 тока. При обеспечении равенства амплитуд и фаз напр жений отфильтрованного и входного дл частот сигнала ниже частоты среза фильтра нижних частот , посдение не проход т на выход устройства, поскольку дл них переменное напр жение на эмиттерно-базовом переходе проходного транзистора повторител тока близко к нулю. Из чего следует, что все сигналы с частотами Bbmie частоты среза фильтра нижних частот проход т на выход, остальные подавл ютс , поэтому целесообразно расположить частоту среза 31 фильтра не выше частоты среза, обусловленной компонентами импеданса входного контура с учетом компонент датчика. Минимальна величина напр жени смещени в выходном контуре усилительного устройства стабилизируетс автоматически., поскольку частоты дрейфа режима поко попадают в полосу действи фильтра нижних частот . Положение точки поко на выходной характеристике проходного транзистора повторител 1 тока относительно середины динамического диапа зона при номинальном напр жении источника питани обеспечиваетс установкой напр жени смещени источника 5. Дл .обеспечени оптимального положени этой точки в диапазоне вариации напр жени питани используетс резистор 12 в повторителе 1, а величина напр жени источника 5 реализуетс делением этого напр жени с коэффициентом пор дка 0,5. Дл экономичного по потреблению снижени выходного импеданса источника 5 его выход на общую шину необходимо подключить,например,через двухкаскад ный симметричный повторитель напр же .ни на комплементарных транзисторах. 6Работа каждого из усилительных устройств при симметричном варианте подобна описанной вьппе, отличие только в том, что в дополнение функций несимметричного варианта, в симметричном минимизировано напр жение во входном контуре. Балансировка устройств по минимальному разбросу входных и выходных напр жений упрощаетс применением дифференциальных пар транзисторов с взаимными технологическими параметрами. Дополнительное упрощение достигаетс при едином интегральном исполнении совмещенных на одной подложке усилительных уст- ройств . Простейша реализаци дифференциального усилител 8 выполн етс на ;дифференциальном каскаде из комплементарных унипол рного и бипол рного транзисторов. При этом разность напр жений смещени полевых транзисторов двух усилителей нейтрализует- с вспомогательными исто никами тока на полевых транзисторах дополнительных по проводимости к полевымi транзисторам дифференциального усилител устройства. ;The invention relates to a pulsed technique and can be used in measuring devices as a broadband matching element. The aim of the invention is to expand the frequency range when operating with an inductive sensor by shifting down the cutoff frequency by reducing the input impedance of the device. The drawing shows a structural electrical circuit of the proposed device. The device contains a current repeater on bipolar transistors, the first input of which is connected to the output of the control element 2, the resistor 3 the first output of which is connected to the nep plate of the capacitor 4, the bias source 5, the power supply bus 6 and 7, the differential amplifier 8, the output which is connected to the control input of the control element 2, the inverting input is connected to the first plate of the capacitor 4, the second plate of which is connected to the non-inverting input of the differential amplifier 8 and the output of the bias source 5 is on th of the rails 6 and 7 of the power source, the second terminal of the resistor 3 is connected to a first output current to the repeater 1 bipolar transistors and the second and third inputs connected respectively to the first 9 and second 10 input buses amplifying device. In addition, the device contains a second amplifying device, incorporated paraphase relative to the first, with the second input buses 10 of the amplifying devices being connected. In the asymmetrical version of the amplifying device, the sensor 11I with a coupling capacitor connected in series is connected to tires 9 and 10. The output of the repeater 1 and the output (to the common bus) of the source 5 connect the central core and the sheath of the coaxial cable of the measuring device, respectively. In the symmetric version of the amplifying device, consisting of two identical amplifying devices, the inductive sensor 11 is directly connected to the bus 9 of both devices, and their tires 10 are interconnected. The outputs of both devices are similarly and independently connected each to a separate coaxial cable, and the sheaths of these cables are combined at the differential input of the measuring device. In the asymmetrical version, the device operates as follows. The voltage developed on the bus 9 relative to the bus 10 by the current of the sensor signal is amplified by repeating in phase at the output of the device, with only one transition between the transistor and the repeater 1 of the current through the output and the device input. The voltage from the output is diverted by a low-pass filter (resistor 3 and capacitor 4) to the inverting input of amplifier 8 and then in the same phase, to mine - amplifier B and control element 2 falls on the base of the transistor 1 of the current transistor. While ensuring that the amplitudes and phases of the filtered and input voltage for the signal are equal below the cut-off frequency of the low-pass filter, the output does not pass to the output of the device, since for them the alternating voltage at the emitter-base junction of the current repeater transistor is close to zero. It follows that all signals with frequencies Bbmie of the cut-off low-pass filter pass to the output, the rest are suppressed, so it is advisable to arrange the cut-off frequency 31 of the filter not higher than the cut-off frequency caused by the impedance components of the input circuit, taking into account the sensor components. The minimum value of the bias voltage in the output circuit of the amplifying device is automatically stabilized, since the drift frequencies of the quiescent mode fall within the range of the low-pass filter. The position of the quiescent point on the output characteristic of the transistor transistor 1 current relative to the middle of the dynamic range at the nominal voltage of the power supply is provided by setting the bias voltage of the source 5. To ensure the optimum position of this point in the range of variation of the supply voltage, resistor 12 is used in repeater 1, and the voltage value of source 5 is realized by dividing this voltage by a factor of about 0.5. In order to reduce the output impedance of the source 5 economically in terms of consumption, its output to the common bus needs to be connected, for example, through a two-stage symmetric repeater, for example, on complementary transistors. 6 The operation of each of the amplifying devices with a symmetrical version is similar to that described, the only difference is that, in addition to the functions of the asymmetrical version, the voltage in the input circuit is minimized in the symmetric version. Balancing devices with a minimum input and output voltage spread is simplified by using differential pairs of transistors with mutual technological parameters. Additional simplification is achieved with a single integral design of amplifying devices combined on a single substrate. The simplest implementation of the differential amplifier 8 is performed on a; differential stage of complementary unipolar and bipolar transistors. In this case, the difference in the bias voltage of the field-effect transistors of the two amplifiers neutralizes, with auxiliary current sources, the field-effect transistors are additional in conductivity to the field-effect transistors of the device’s differential amplifier. ;
