Устройство дл извлечени полимерных изделий из эластичной формы, содержит оправку 1 с установленным на ней изделием в эластичной форме 2, оправка состоит из двух частей 3 и 4, соединенных между собой, и часть 4 оправки зажата в приводе 5 вращени - патроне токарного станка, а часть 3 оправки поджата центром 6, установленным в задней бабке токарного станка. На оправке 1 размещен механизм фиксации изделий, состо щий из Г-образных захватов 7, упругих втулок 8 и стопорных гаек 9, расположенных с обоих торцов формы 2. Механизм фиксации издели кинематически св зан через проточку 10 с т гами 11 и 12, взаимодействующими с т гой 13, св занной с пневмоприводом 14 возвратнопоступательного перемещени т ги 13. Устройство дл извлечени изделий из эластичных форм содержит механизм съема формы с издели , состо щий из ролика 15, укрепленного на планке 16, зажатой в резцедержатель 17 токарного станка. Там же зажата тормозна планка 18, взаимодействующа с роликом 15. Дл защиты работающего от вращающихс частей устройства оно снабжено защитным кожухом 19. Устройство работает следующим образом . В исходном положении изготовленное в эластичной форме 2 изделие из эластичного полимера устанавливаетс на оправку 1. Оправка 1 частью 4 закрепл етс в приводе 5 вращени , а часть 3 поджимаетс центром 6 задней бабки токарного станка . Захваты 7 с помощью т г 11 и 12, поворачивающихс от перемещающего пневмопривода 14 штока 13, фиксируют изделие на границе раздела его с эластичной формой 2. В этом положении стопорными гайками 9 при нажатии на упругие втулки 8 Г-образные захваты фиксируютс и зажимают изделие. Закрываетс защитный кожух 19 и включаетс привод 5 вращени оправки. Эластична форма 2 раскручиваетс вместе с изделием и под действием центробежных сил благодар эластичным свойствам раст гиваетс и отходит от поверхности издели , которое удерживаетс Г-образными захватами 7. К вращающейс форме 2 подводитс ролик 15 и при подач.е резцедержател 17 вдоль оси вращени оправки 1 форма сталкиваетс с издели . Тормозна планка 18, взаимодейству с роликом 15, способствует прокручиванию формы 2 по изделию и тем самым ускор ет съем формы 2 с издеЛИЯ .
