Abstract
Description
The invention relates to energy and can be used to produce air-fuel mixtures from multifractional fuels.
The aim of the invention is to improve the efficiency with the use of multi-fraction fuel.
2.The drawing shows a device for carrying out the proposed method. The device includes a housing 1, into which a heat and mass transfer nozzle 2 is inserted. On the upper side of the nozzle 2 there is a fuel supply pipe 4, which ends with the distributor device 5. In the lower part the housing 1 has a drain pipe 6, and in the upper part there is a discharge gas pipeline 7 for exhaust vapor mixture. The discharge pipe 7 is located above the lower end of the nozzle 2.
When the device is operating, the fuel from the switchgear 5 falls on the heat and mass transfer nozzle 2, where it spreads onto individual films or drops in its cells. The films formed are evaporated in the first cycle due to their own
The vaporized fractions of fuel and air that are transported in the nozzle form a hot vapor-air mixture, which, coming out of the nozzle and changing its direction of movement to the opposite of what was in the nozzle, is discharged through the exhaust gas line 7 and enters the combustion device.
7.The heavier fractions of fuel remaining in the nozzle are evaporated only due to the heat carried by the air flow with a higher temperature than before, and the vapor-air mixture formed from hot is discharged through the gas pipeline 7.
10433-75.An example implementation of the method for a mixture of fuels GOST 4749-73 and GOST 10433-75.
The air was preheated to temperatures of 409 and 417 ° K, respectively, and shifted with fuel vapors inside the porous volume, where fuel evaporation was carried out stepwise with a fourfold increase in air temperature (including preheating) from 409 to 524 K and from 417 to 560 K. Intermediate data are shown in the table.
