INSTALLATION FOR TESTING MATERIALS ON HYDROABRASIC WEAR, including a base, a working chamber with a sample holder, airtight containers with an abrasive mix and water key, connected to a pressure source, an abrasive mix and water mixer, connected with mixes and water tanks with piping, characterized in that, in order to eliminate the effect of static pressure on the rate of extrusion of the mixture, each container is made with an elastic membrane dividing it into upper and lower volumes, pipes for supplying abrasive impurity and water into the mixer disposed at the upper emkoe- caps. these and pressure sources are connected to the lower volumes of the containers. 2. Installation according to claim 1, which is apparent in the fact that as you approach the discharge pipes, you (L section of the upper volume increases.
Description
4.Fig. 1 The invention relates to the field of testing materials for wear, in particular for hydro-abrasive wear. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the effect of static pressure on the rate of extrusion of the mixture. FIG. 1 shows the installation diagram; in fig. 2 - a general view of the installation from above. The installation for testing materials for hydroabrasive wear contains a base 1 on which a working chamber 2 with a holder, a barrel 3 of sample 4 is rigidly fixed, in addition, hermetic containers 5 and 6 are formed, which are formed by external walls 7-10, a partition 11 and covers 12 and 13. The containers 5 and 6 are equipped with elastic membranes 14 and 15, which divide them into the top of the scientific research institute and the lower volume 1. In this case, the upper volume in one container is intended for the abrasive mixture 16, and the other for water 17. The lower volumes of both containers are connected to pressure sources through pipes 18 and 19, equipped with valves 20 and 21, the upper volumes of containers are connected by pipes 22 and 23 with a 2L mixer with a valve 25. The upper volumes of the containers are connected by pipes 26. and 27 and are equipped with valves 28 and 29. The installation works as follows. The upper volumes of the containers 5 and 6 are filled with an abrasive mixture 16 and water 17, while the elastic membranes .14 and 15 will assume the position shown in FIG. 1, i.e. the cross section of the upper volume increases as it approaches the outflow pipes 22 and 23, i.e. .22 7 Z. (Fig. 1), while the valve 25 is closed. The lower volumes of the containers 5 and 6 through the pipes 18 and 19 are filled with compressed air at the required pressure. After opening the valve 25 under the action of air pressure in the lower volumes through pipes 22 and 23, water begins to shift from the abrasive mixture in the mixer 24 and outflow from it through a special nozzle onto sample 4.
