The invention relates to compositions used for the treatment of front trees from mechanical stress, the effects of temperature drops in air, and the injury of wood.
Цель изобретени - повышение его эффективности за счет улучшени адгезии к влажной древесине, эластичности и снижени водопоглощени .The purpose of the invention is to increase its efficiency by improving adhesion to damp wood, elasticity and reducing water absorption.
In tab. 1 shows the compositions for treating fautna trees
Portland cement in the composition is hydraulic in the ground, it is characterized by the constancy of its chemical composition, which predetermines the constancy of its physicomechanical properties. As part of the Portland cement can be used any brand. Rubber crumb is used with a particle size of up to 1 mm. Her presence in the composition increases the viability and vulcanization of the material by 10-15% due to acidic products in the crumb. The chemical composition and structure of lignin, which is a waste of the wood processing industry, is a natural polymer and nocjpoeH from the structural elements of CgOs-oxygen derivatives of phenylprotan, produced from carbohydrates, and has a large molecular weight. A distinctive feature of lignin is its ability in combination with an amino formaldehyde resin to reduce the water absorption of the material. In the proposed composition, lignin can be used both from hardwood as well as their coniferous trees.
Amino formaldehyde adhesive resin is a product of polycondensation, mainly urea and formaldehyde. This resin is thermosetting and, due to the presence of hydroxymethyl groups (-CHgOH), it, in combination with lingin, has an increased adhesion to wood, including to wet wood. The use of 5 amino formaldehyde resin has the following indicators: the content of methylol groups is 1.8-24.0%; conditional viscosity according to VZ-4 40-160s; gelation time at 20 ° C 1.0-10h.
Oxalic acid performs an amino formaldehyde hardener function in the composition.
Manufacturing technology involves mixing Portland cement and lignin. Rubber crumb and water are successively introduced into the mixture. After thorough mixing, the amino formaldehyde resin with hardener oxalic acid is added to the mixture. The working consistency of the composition should be about 5-cm along the cone of the Stroy TsNIIL. Composition can be treated with dry and wet wood.
The proposed composition has a liquid consistency, which makes it possible to apply it to the wounds of trees with a thin protective layer in a mechanized way. This greatly increases the productivity of preventive work to prevent the formation of open cavities on the trunks and branches of trees.
1-3.In tab. Figure 2 shows the results of testing the composition in various ratios of the components according to Examples 1-3.
As can be seen from the table. 2, the proposed composition, as compared with the known, has an increased tensile strength, significant adhesion to wet wood and elasticity, as well as reduced water absorption.
