The invention relates to a measuring technique and can be used in digital measuring devices of analog quantities with an intermediate conversion to phase. The purpose of the invention is to increase the speed of the digital phase meter while maintaining accuracy. The drawing shows the structure diagram of a digital phase meter. . The digital phase meter contains a switch 1, the inputs of which are connected to the inputs of the device, and the output is connected to the comparator 2, a generator of 3 pulses, a counter 4, the first trigger 5, element AND 6, the second trigger 7, block 8 elements AND-OR, the first second 10 differentiating elements and register 11. The output of the generator 3 pulses is connected to counter 4, the output of one of the bits of which is connected to the single input of the first trigger 5, the output of the last and the output of the comparator 2 are connected to the inputs of the AND 6 element, the output of which is connected to the counting input second trigger a 7, to the zero input of the first trigger 5 and to the installation input of the counter 4. The outputs of the second trigger 7 are connected via the first 9 and second 10 differentiating elements to the control inputs of the block 8 of the I-IPI elements, and the second output of the second trigger 7 is also connected from the control YuPTs1M switch input 1. The information inputs of block 8 are connected to the bits of counter 4, and the outputs are connected to the inputs of register 11, the outputs of which are connected to the device's outputs .. The phase meter works as follows. Depending on the state of the trigger 7, the input of the comparator 2 through the switch 1 receives one or another signal from the device. The comparator 2 generates start or stop pulses, which, in the presence of a resolving potential at the output of the trigger 5, pass through the AND 6 element with the leading edge switch trigger 7, and with the falling edge set U in trigger 5 and the counter 4. After each switching of trigger 7, A .4 counter forms a time delay during which the passage of start and stop pulses through the element 6 is prohibited. The time delay is determined by the duration of the transient processes when switching the input signals of the phase meter to the input of the comparator 2 and ends with a pulse from the output of one of the bits of the counter 4, which sets the trigger 5 to state 1. If the trigger 7 switches with a stop pulse, then the output pulse of the differentiating element 9, the contents of counter 4 in the forward code via block 8 are written to register 11. If flip-flop 7 is switched by a start-pulse, then the contents of counter 4 in the return code are by the output pulse differentiated of the member 10 through the block 8 is rewritten into register 11. As a result, after each measurement in a register 11, the instantaneous phase difference between the input signals will be recorded in the forward code. The invention consists in the introduction of a trigger, blocks of AND-OR elements, two differentiating elements and a register with corresponding connections, as a result of which the device operates in automatic mode. Switching the inputs of the device to the input of the comparator is performed by start and stop pulses. After each switch, a time delay is formed, corresponding to the duration of the transients. In contrast to the known device, the time interval from the stop to the start-pulse is additionally measured after the reverse switching of the converter inputs to the comparator, and the measurement result is output in the return code, which is equivalent to measuring the time interval from start-to-stop in the forward code. This leads to an increase in the speed of the device by 2 times compared with lime.
