1 The invention relates to methods for forming glassware on a leg and can be used in glass manufacturing. The purpose of the invention is to reduce labor. containers of manufacture with a simultaneous increase in the quality of glassware. In FIG. 1 shows the process of feeding glass into the prechamber; in fig. 2 a process of pre-pressing the leg with the bottom of a reduced diameter and joining it to the vessel; in fig. 3 - the final molding of the product. For the implementation of the molding method, a die form with an internal cavity along the leg, bottom and bottom of the vessel configuration, an open pan 2, a prechamber 3, a punch 4 for pre-pressing and a pressing rod 5, located in the central hole of the punch 4 coaxially with it, are used. The manufacture of the product begins with the removal of the vessel 6 by the blowing tube 7, in parallel the portion of hot glass mass 8 is supplied to the prechamber 3 with the open mold and pan and the punches lowered into the lower position .4. After this, the poddo and the mold are closed, the vessel 6, located on the blowing tube 7, is placed in the bowl of the mold 1. When the punches 4 are simultaneously raised, the glass mass is pressed into the mold 1 through the central hole in the pan, the leg 9 is partially formed the state of the leg with the vessel 6 is compressed. In this case, the pressing force is selected so that the cavity for the formation of the leg 9 is filled 252 completely, and the cavity I1 for the formation of the bottom is partially filled. This is also facilitated by the wedge-shaped shape of cavity 11 formed by the conical surfaces of form 1 and pallet 2 with a decrease in the thickness of the cavity towards the periphery. The diameter of the bottom is thus reduced by 10-20% compared with the drawing requirements for the product. Immediately after. This is done by pressing the glass mass with a rod 5 with a large pressing, sufficient for the final formation of the bottom. In this case, the excess 12 glass mass in the form of a ring is separated, and the glass mass located in the central hole of the pallet 2 is pressed into the bottom, increasing its diameter to the desired size. In the center of its lower end, a small groove may form from the stem that does not spoil the appearance of the product. There are no protrusions from the tracks. To prevent the glass melt from overcooling, the molds and the pan are continuously heated by gas burners. At the end of the molding, Form I is cleared, the molded glassware is removed from the mold, fenced off from the tube and directed to the annealing, the rod 5 is lowered, the pan 2 is opened, the excess 12 glass melt is lowered, the plunger 4 is lowered. highly artistic products by eliminating the processing of donshka from the cut cut.
