Description

The invention relates to agriculture and can be used at milking sites for fixing animals, preferably sheep.

A device for fixing animals on milking sites is known, comprising front and rear walls, a feeding bowl and a fixing mechanism 1 installed on the front wall.

However, this device does not provide directional movement of animals to the milking machines.

It is also known a device for fixing animals during milking, comprising a front wall with narrow grip, a feeding trough, a rear wall and a longitudinal partition with pivoting panels having a fixing mechanism 2.

However, the known device does not provide the necessary performance for milking animals.

The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity.

The goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for fixing animals during milking, containing a front wall with a narrowing jaws, a feeding trough, a rear wall and a longitudinal partition with pivoting panels having a fixing mechanism, a longitudinal partition is made in the form of a frame with pivoting panels located in it, the latter of which, in the course of the movement of animals, is installed with the possibility of free rotation and with a gap relative to the frame stand, on the upper crossbar of which the fixation mechanism of the remaining panels is placed.

In addition, the lower part of the rear wall is pivotally mounted with the possibility of vertical movement.

The device contains a front wall 1 with neck clamps 2, a feeding trough 3, a rear wall 4, the lower part 5 of which is pivotally mounted with the ability to move vertically, and a longitudinal partition, made in the form of a frame, having racks 6 and 7 and the upper 8 and lower 9 cross member. Inside the frame there are rotary panels 10 with a mechanism AND their fixation mounted on the upper crossbar 8 of the frame. Last in the course of animal movement, the panel 12 is not fixed and is installed with the possibility of free rotation and with a gap of 200-250 mm relative to the frame stand 7. The fixing mechanism of the rest of the rotary panels consists of eccentrics 13 rigidly mounted on the axes of the 14 panels, and locking levers 15 fixed to the axles 16 and pressed together by a spring 17. At the end of each lever there is a locking pawl 18 that engages with a groove 19 eccentric 13. For the entry and exit of animals, there are doors 20 and 21.
