Площадь этих шайб и характеристики пружин 21 и 25 подобраны таким образом, что вс кое изменение давлени воды в напорной линии 10 не вли ет на процесс срабатывани обратных клапанов 14 и 15 и на характеристику работы гидропривода .FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular, to sprinkling and irrigating machines for irrigating agricultural crops. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability and expand technological capabilities. The drawing shows an irincipital diagram of the hydraulic drive. The hydraulic actuator contains a hydraulic cylinder that has a housing 1 with covers 2 and 3, in which there is a piston with double-sided hollow rod 4 piston 5, a section Yush.i internal cavity of the hydraulic cylinder on cavities A and B. In covers 2 and 3 membrane stops 6 and 7 and spring stops 8 and 9. The left hollow rod 4 is in communication with the pressure line 10, and the right rod 4 is connected with the drain line 11. The piston 5 is integrated with the channels 12 and 13 and the hollow rod 4 are reversed valves 14 and 15 are hydraulically in turn The piston cavities A and B are available. Membrane stops 6 and 7 consist each of body 16 with a lid 17, inside of which is placed a membrane 18 with support washers 19 and 20 and a spring 21 with a saddle 22. Above. m. cavities of these stops hydraulically communicated with the pressure line 10. The spring stops 8 and 9 consist each of the housing 23 with a spring 24. inside which is placed the spring 25 and the seat 26 and 27. The check valve 14 contains a two-way rod 28 with a locking member 29 and the seat 30 and 31 and hydraulically communicates with the thorax cavities A and B and pressure line 10. Reverse the valve 15 comprises a double-sided broom 32, shut-off members 33 and 34, seats 35 and 36, and hydraulically communicates with the piston cavities A and B and the drain line 11. The hydraulic drive operates as follows. At the initial moment the piston 5 occupies the middle position. Water from the pressure line 10 through the left hollow rod 4, channel 12 and check valve 14, whose shut-off element 29 is pressed to the seat 30 by water pressure, flows into the piston chamber B and, pressing the shut-off member 34 of the check valve 15 to the saddle 36, moves the piston 5 to the left. When the piston 5 approaches the leftmost position, the rods 28 and 32 of the check valve 14 and 15 begin to interact with the membrane 6 and spring 8 stops, respectively, while compressing their springs 21 and 25. The movement of the piston 5 to the left continues as long as the compression force of the spring 21 will become equal to the pressure of the locking member 29 of the check valve 14 to the saddle 30. After that, the locking member 29 will move away from the saddle 30 and due to the energy of the compressed spring 21 will move to the saddle 31. After equalizing the pressures in the piston cavities A and B, the locking organ 33 of the reversevalve 15 is pressed to the seat 35 due to the energy of the compressed spring 25. Water enters cavity A, and from cavity B through the check valve 15, channel 13 and the left hollow rod 4, water is drained. When this occurs, the piston 5 is moved to the right, the rods 28 and 32 of check valves 14 and 15 interact with the membrane 7 and spring 9 stops, the check valves are switched and the piston moves to the left again, i.e. the whole cycle is repeated in the same sequence. When the water pressure in the pressure line 10 changes, the spring 21 of the membrane support 6 deforms due to the action of membrane 18 with support washers 19 and 20. The area of these washers and the characteristics of the springs 21 and 25 are chosen in such a way that pressure changes the water in the pressure line 10 does not affect the operation of the check valves 14 and 15 and the performance of the hydraulic actuator.
