Abstract

118 Изобретение относитс к автотранспорту , в частности к кассетнь1м полуприцепам-панелевозам . Целью изобретени вл етс увеличение вместимости кузова полуприцепа. На фиг. 1 показан кассетный полуприцеп-панелевоз в транспортном положении вид сбоку; на фиг. 2 - полуприцеп с площадками, наход щимис на продольных- ограждающих фермах, вид сверху; на фиг. 3 - сечение А-А на фиг.2 на фиг. 4 - площадка. Кассетный полуприцеп-панелевоз состоит из ходовых осей 1 и кузова 2 включающего днище 3, продольные 4 и поперечные 5 ограждающие фермы и площадку 6 дл проведени погрузочноразгрузочных работ (показан вариант с двум площадками). Площадка включает основание 7 и опору в виде вертикальной стойки 8, на которой за креплен кронштейн 9 со смонтирован1-шми на нем роликами 10. На поперечных и на продольных ограждаюшдтх фермах предусмотрены направл ющие 11, 13заимодейству ощие с роликами, причем в местах сопр жени продольных и поперечных ограждающих ферм направл ю72 щие выполнены скругленными. На поперечных ограждающих фермах имеютс фиксаторы 12 панелей 13, снабженные строповочными петл ми 14. На вертикальной стойке установлена цепна передача 15, кинематически св занна с нижними роликами и приводима руко ткой 16. На площадке предусмотрено ограждение 17. Загрузка панелей в полуприцеп осуществл етс следующим образом. После установки панелей в кузов, такелажники с площадок, наход щихс на поперечных ограждающих фермах , фиксаторами закрепл ют панель. При вращении руко ток цепной передачи , привод щей нижние ролики, площадки по направл ющим перемещаютс на продольные ограждающие фермы к месту расположени строповочных петель на панел х. После расстроповки панели весь цикл погрузки повтор етс дл остальных панелей, В транспортном положении площадки устанавливаютс на продольных ограждающих фермах. On the transverse and longitudinal fencing trusses, there are 11 special interactions with rollers, and in the points of conjugation of longitudinal and transverse enclosing trusses, the guides are rounded. On transverse fencing trusses there are clamps 12 of panels 13, fitted with slinging loops 14. On a vertical stand there is a chain drive 15, kinematically connected with the lower rollers and driven by a handle 16. A railing is provided on the platform 17. The panels are loaded into the semi-trailer as follows . After installation of the panels in the body, the scaffolds from the platforms located on the transverse fencing trusses secure the panel. When rotating the handles of the chain drive that drives the lower rollers, the platforms move along guide rails to the longitudinal enclosing trusses to the location of the sling loops on the panels. After the panel is laid out, the entire loading cycle is repeated for the remaining panels. In the transport position, the platforms are installed on the longitudinal enclosing trusses. The panels are unloaded in reverse order.
