The invention relates to the drilling of ultra-deep wells, namely to cement materials used in the cementing of ultra-deep wells.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the deformability of the cement stone at hardening temperatures of 160-250 ° C.
To obtain 1 ton of cement material, 350 kg of ground pork, 150 kg of quartz sand, 450 kg of barite, 50 kg of palygorskite are thoroughly mixed. The cement slurry prepared by the cement material is poured into molds that are placed in an autoclave. The cement slurry hardens for 24 hours at a given temperature and pressure. The retardant reagents are added to the mixing fluid (hypan 0.7% syrup 0.7% by weight of the dry mixture). After cooling, the autoclave values the samples removed and tested for strength. The deformation capacity of the specimens was determined on an MN-1 type apparatus ().
The grouting material can be prepared by co-grinding a blast-furnace granulated slag, quartz sand, barite and pasygorskite or by mixing the separately crushed components in a dry form.
1 и 2.The physicomechanical and technological properties of the cement material are given in table. 1 and 2.
