Машина включает раму 1. На подшипниках 2 машины установлен приводной вал 3. На последнем закреплен ножевой диск 4 с рубительными ножами 5. К ножевому диску 4 прикреплен перфорированный цилиндр 6 с лопатками 7. Рабочие органы закрыты кожухом 8, который имеет загрузочный патрон 9, снабженный контрножом 10. При этом во внутренней полости размещены кронштейны 11, на которых закреплены контрножи 12 с возможностью перемещени дл регулировани зазор между ними и внутренней поверхностью перфорированного цилиндра 6. Кронштейны 11 выполнены с заостренными кромками 13 и закреплены на раме 1. На приводном валу 3 закреплена крыльчатка 14 с лопаст ми 15 спиралевидной формы.
