The invention relates to polymer composite materials and can be used for the manufacture of elements of metal-polymer friction pairs. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the wear capacity of the composition due to friction against metal surfaces during processing and operation in the friction units. Example. Polymer compositions are prepared in a laboratory PP-20 extruder at the melt temperature by feeding components pre-mixed in a given proportion (polyamide, high-density polyethylene and oligoamides of the formula NH-CCH mol.m. 520-780 V) into its feed bin A length of particles of 0.20, 4 mm, diameter 11-13 µm) in an amount of 27-33% is introduced into a homogenized melt, after which the composition is subjected to repeated homogenization and granulation. Samples for wear tests were prepared by direct pressing at pressures in the order of 500 kg / cm and 240 ° C; sample diameter 3 mm, length 8 mm. The tests of the compositions in the solid state are carried out according to the pin-disk pattern in contact with nitrided steel 38XM2UA pressure 70 kg / cm, temperature 120 ° С, sliding speed 0.5 m / s. friction path 15000 m. The wear ability of melts of the polymer composition is evaluated at 260 C, pressure 200 kg / cm; the amount of material processed per cycle is 2 kg. The results are shown in the table. As can be seen from the above data, in comparison with the known, the proposed composition is distinguished by a significantly lower wear capacity when working in pairs of friction with metals during the processing process as well. and during operation.
