Description
The invention relates to pressure welding with heating, in particular, diffusion welding in vacuum, and can be used in the manufacture and processing of composite or reinforced forming tools. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the welded joint, durability and heat resistance of the billet of high-speed steel by reducing its porosity. The method is carried out as follows. Preparations from powder high-speed and alloyed steels are installed in the welding chamber, a vacuum is created in it and the welded workpieces are heated to 1250-1280 0, close to high-speed steel carbides, and is welded under pressure after welding. from the temperature of welding, followed by the release of 600-650 ° C. Due to the heating of the billets to 1250-1280s, close to the temperature at which the carbides of high-speed steel begin to melt, the dissolution of carbon and alloying elements, i.e. Mutual diffusion of elements in the weld zone is activated, which contributes to an increase in the quality of 1 42 welded joints. In addition, the workpiece is compacted with high-speed high-speed steel, its porosity decreases and, consequently, its strength and heat resistance increase. Tempering at 600-650 С provides high hardness, viscosity, heat resistance of welded blanks. Heating above 280 ° C leads to a significant melting of the geometry of the workpiece, and heating below 1250 C leads to a decrease in strength and heat resistance. Tempering at a temperature above 650 ° C leads to a decrease in the hardness of the billets of powder high-speed steel, and at a temperature below 600 ° C it leads to a weakening of the welded joint. Example. Make conical marks 60 mm long of steel ZOHSMF, reinforced blanks of powder high-speed steel R8MZK6S. Diffusion welding was carried out at 1260 ° C, welding pressure 1.4 kgf / mm for 10 minutes. After welding, the welded part is subjected to quenching directly from the welding temperature, followed by a double tempering at a temperature of 610 C for 30 minutes each. The tests carried out show an improvement in the quality of the welded joint, in strength and heat resistance of a high-speed steel billet.
