The invention relates to sandblasting details. The purpose of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities by processing various surfaces of parts. The expansion of technological capabilities is achieved by supplying the working medium from the nozzle in the radial and axial directions and giving the working medium an initial speed, which leads to an increased processing purity and removal of the working medium as a result of the working jet on the machined surface in a direction close to the tangential. FIG. I shows the nozzle tip, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 is a view A of FIG. 1. The nozzle consists of a hollow body 1, made with an outer surface in the form of a truncated cone. On the end and side surfaces of the housing there are carbide inserts 2 fixed in which there are bore holes 3 and 4 located, respectively, at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the housing I and forming 5 of the lateral surface. The said slotted openings are interconnected with each other and with the internal cavity 6 of the housing, which is connected to the working fluid supply line (not shown). The nozzle works as follows. When machining blind holes of parts, the nozzle is placed inside the hole and reports the relative movement of the nozzle and the part (rotation, rotation and bleeding, etc.). At the same time, in the cavity 6 of the housing 1, the working medium is supplied under pressure, which, passing through interconnected slotted holes 3 and 4, is directed to the work surface with a flat flame. In this case, as a result of supplying the working medium to the side and end surfaces of the hole being machined at the same time and in a direction other than normal, a twisting effect of the working medium occurs and more favorable conditions are created for withdrawing the processed products, which generally improves the quality of the treatment.
