Известно молотильное устройство, содержащее попарно установленные в два р да многогранные вальцы, вращающиес одни навстречу другим, причем грани верхних вальцов установлены против ребер нижних вальцов I. Однако указанное устройство имеет малую производительность. Известно Молотильно-сепарирующее устройство , содержащее пару приемных вальцов и два р да попарно установленных за ними граненых обмолачивающих вальцов, на поверхности которых размещены щнековые витки 2. Недостатками известного устройства вл ютс низка производительность и недостаточна сепараци зерна. Цель изобретени - интенсификаци обмолота и увеличение сепарации зерна. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что на гран х обмолачивающих вальцов размещены сегментообразные зубь , которые установлены перпендикул рно к их плоскост м и под углом к продольной оси вальца, причем зубь смежных граней направлены в противоположные стороны. На фиг. I изображена схема молотильно-сепарирующего устройства; на фиг. 2 - обмолачивающий валец. Молотильно-сепарирующее устройство содержит пару подающих вальцов I, верхние обмолачивающие вальцы 2 и нижние обмолачивающие вальцы 3. На гран х 4 вальцов 2 и 3 размещены сегментообразные зубь 5, которые установлены перпендикул рно к их плоскост м и под углом к продольной оси вальца, причем зубь смежных граней направлены в противоположные стороны. Молотильно-сепарирующее устройство работает следующим образом. Обмолачиваема хлебна масса подающими вальцами 1 обжимаетс и слоем подаетс в зазор между верхними и нижними обмолачивающими вальцами 2 и 3. Обмолот зерна производитс за счет удара и очеса сегментообразньши зубь ми 5. При воздействии обмолачивающих вальцов 2 и 3 на хлебную массу она соверщает продольное колебание с поперечным смещением.
