Недостатком этого устройства вл етс повышенна обрьшность основных нитей, невозможность выработки тканей широкого ассортимента и неудовлетворительна степень очистки основных нитей. Известно также устройство дл очистки основных нитей на ткацком станке, содержащее расположенные по всей ширине станка очистные элементы, выполненные в виде щеток , -установленных на остове станка одна над другой по разные сторо ны от плоскостей ветвей основных нитей и св занные с приводом 2. Недостатком этого устройства вл етс то, что в процессе навива ни основных Нитей на ткацкий навой .допускаетс не св зывать р д концов нитей, а набрасывать их на навой, при этом, по мере срабатыва ни наво , эти нити попадшот в зону вращающихс очистных валиков наматываютс на них и обрываютс . Кроме того, происходит резкое нат жение нити, она врезаетс в ткацки навой и обрываетс в его глубине, что приводит к значительной трате времени на разыскивание оборвавшегос конца нити, надв зки и ликвидации обрьша. В процессе ткачества за счет возникающих и имеющихс по ков на пр же отмечаетс сцепление соседних нитей друг с другом в зоне заправки, в ламел х и в ремизах , -:то приводит к обрывности основных нитей и к намотке их на очистные валики, вследствие чего значительно снижаетс производительность труда и оборудовани . Цель изобретени - повьшение на дежности работы устройства дл очистки основных нитей. 30.2 Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что в устройстве дл очистки основных нитей на ткацком станке, содержаем расположенные по всей ширине станка очистные элементы, выполненные в виде щеток, установленных на остове станка одна над другой по разные стороны от плоскостей ветвей основных нитей и св занных с приводом, кажда из щеток установлена с возможностью качани в вертикальной плоскости посредством т ги, кинематически св занной одним концом со щеткой, а другим - с механизмом ценового уплотнител основных нитей ткацкого станка. Кажда из щеток установлена на остове станка посредством двуплечих рычагов, расположенных по ее концам, при этом каждый рычаг одним плечом жестко соединен со щеткой , а другим - шарнирно с т гой.
