Description
Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл поверхностного индукционного нагрева зубчатых шестерен с их закалки по обводу зубцов током двух различных частот. Известные устройства такого рода не обеспечивают возможности одноременного воздействи на изделие двух электромагнитных полей с различной частотой, и предусматривают поочередное подключение нагревательного индуктора к соответствующим источникам тока. Дл устранени указанного недостатка предлагаетс два одновитковых индуктора выполнить в виде четырех полувитков, соединенных между собой по схеме моста, диагонали которого подключены к двум независимым источникам переменного тока разных частот.The invention relates to devices for surface induction heating of gears with their hardening by breaking the teeth with a current of two different frequencies. Верхнил индуктор состоит из двух полувитков 1 и 2, нижний индуктор - из полувитков 3 м 4. Четыре полувитка соединены между собой по схеме моста, как показано на фиг. 2. Точки 5 и 5 моста присоединены к источнику тока 7, а точки 8 и 9 -к источнику тока 10. Две шестерни , подлежащие обработке, вставл ютс в верхний и нижний индукторы одновременно. Включение и выключение токов одной и другой частоты производитс независимо. При одновременном включении двух источников тока оба индуктора создают магнитные пол двух частот, наложенные одно на другое.
