Abstract

1. A stackable container (1) which has been erected from a blank and which has a quadrilateral container floor (2) which is surrounded on all sides by an upwardly conically opening container wall which, in its corner regions, has triangular fold portions (8-14) which extend from the corners (7) of the container floor (2) and which, partly over themselves and partly over quadrilateral wall regions (3, 4, 5, 6) disposed therebetween, form transitional portions between these wall regions which are folded so as to comprise three layers of material, characterized in that seven fold portions (8-14) are provided in each corner region, adjacent fold margins (17, 21 ; 20, 24 ; 23, 27) being contiguous, and in that the container (1) has a capacity of at least 56 litres.

Description

I1 Изобретение относитс  к таре, изготавливаемой из одной заготовки с нанесенными на нее лини ми перегиба. Известна заготовка дл  емкости, представл юща  собой лист с нанесенными на него лини ми перегиба, дел щими заготовку на участки, образующие дно, боковые и торцовые стенки и угловые участки, разделенные лини  ми перегиба на три треугольные части дл  образовани  углового замка при формировании емкости ij. Однако известна  емкость не обеспечивает достаточную прочность из-за отсутстви  жесткости угловых замков, образованных при формировании емкости . Наиболее близким к предлагаемому  вл етс  заготовка дл  емкости, пред ставл юща  собой лист с нанесенными на него лини ми перегиба, дел щими заготовку на участки, образующие дни ще, боковые и торцовые стенки и угловые участки, расположенные в каждо углу заготовки и -разделенные лини ми перегиба на треугольные части дл  об разовани  углового замка при формировании емкости 21. У известной заготовки угловые участки разделены лини ми перегиба на п ть треугольных частей, которые при формировании емкости образуют угловые замки, конструкци  которых не обеспечивает достаточную прочност емкости. Цель изобретени  - повьшение ности емкости. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что у заготовки дл  емкости. представл ющей собой лист с нанесенными на него лини ми перегиба, дел щими заготовку на участки, образующи днище, боковые и торцовые стенки и угловые участки, расположенные в каж дом углу заготовки и разделенные лини ми перегиба на треугольные част дл  образовани  углового замка при формировании емкости, каждый угловой участок разделен на семь треугольных частей, причем линии перегиба, разде л ющие угловые участки, расположены попеременно на верхней и нижней сторонах заготовки. На фиг.1 схематически изображена заготовка дл  емкости; на фиг.2 - ем кость, изготовленна  из указанной на фиг.З - угловой зазаготовки; мок емкости. 9 Заготовка дл  емкости представл ет собой лист с нанесенными на него лини ми перегиба, дел щими заготовку на участки, образующие днище 1, бокойые 2 и 3 и торцовые и 5 стенки и угловые участки 6-9, расположенные в каждом углу заготовки и разделенные лини ми 10-22 перегиба на треугольные части дл  образовани  углового замка при формировании емкости. Каждый угловой участок 6, 7, 8 и 9 разделен на семь треугольных частей 23-29, причем линии 10-22 перегиба, раздел ющие угловые участки 6-9, расположены попеременно на верхней и нижней сторонах заготовки. Емкость складываетс  следующим образом. Боковые стенки 2 и 3 и торцовые стенки 4 и 5 сгибают в одну сторону по лини м 30, 31, 32 и 33. Затем часть 23 каждого углового участка 6, 7, 8 и 9 сгибают в наружную сторону по линии 11 изгиба (фиг.1). Часть 24 сгибают в обратную сторону по линии 12 изгиба. После зтого часть 25 сгибают внутрь по линии 14 изгиба, а часть 26 - в обратную сторону по линии 15 изгиба. Эта часть находитс  по середине каждого углового участка и  вл етс  переходной при формировании замка, т.е. половина части 26 примыкает к торцовой, а половина - к боковой стенкам. Участок 27 сгибают по линии 17 изгиба в наружную сторону, а участок 28 - в обратную сторону по линии 18 изгиба. Затем часть 24 сгибают внутрь по линии 20 изгиба, а по линии 21 изгиба участок 5 сгибают в обратную сторону. Таким образом формируетс  угловой замок (фиг.З) в каждом углу заготовки. По лини м 13, 16 и 19, нанесенным на заготовки пунктирно, взаимодействуют вершины 30, 31 и 32, изгибов , а по лини м 10 и 22, также обозначенными пунктирно, образуетс  изгиб участков 2, 3, 4 и 5 (фиг.З, поз.33). Предлагаема  емкость вместимостью л, изготовленна  из четырехслойной крафт-бумаги плотностью 300 г/м, склеенной дисперсным клеем, вьщерживает нагрузку в пределах 142-143 кг при температуре окружающей среды 16С и относительной влажности воздуха 70%.I1 The invention relates to a container made from a single blank with inflection lines applied to it.
