Description
4 SP The invention relates to the industry of building materials and can be used in the manufacture of thermal insulation for high-temperature shaft-type reaction apparatus in the chemical, oil refining and petrochemical industries. Known shotcrete concrete mixture Cl J, including, weight. %: Aluminous cement Vermiculite Sand chamotte lightweight A disadvantage of the known mixture is a low application temperature. The closest to the invention in technical essence and the achieved effect is the gunning of concrete C2l, i including wt.%: High-aluminous cement aluminothermic production Aluminum filler aluminum silicate Refractory clay The use of this composition provides a sufficiently strong refractory mass. However, 1a gunned concrete does not have sufficient chemical resistance in a reducing environment and heat resistance. The aim of the invention is to improve the chemical resistance in a reducing environment and heat resistance. The goal is achieved by the heat-insulating gunning concrete mixture, including calcium aluminum, aggregate and refractory clay, containing porous corundum and vermiculite as a filler in the following ratio of components, mash .%: Aluminates; gitsi Porous corundum Vermiculite to Fire, persistent clay Thermally insulated shotcrete-concrete mixture is applied by spraying or by tamping manually. In this case, the dry components, which are mass-dosed, are subjected to mechanical agitation for two to three minutes. Water is then added and the mixture stirred with water is stirred until homogeneous. The dosage of water is 35-D5% (the amount of water is specified when mixing). To determine the compressive strength of chemical resistance in a reducing environment, heat resistance and bulk density, cubes with a rib length of 7.07 cm are formed, for testing on a bending beam 4x4x16 cm in size, to determine the thermal conductivity coefficient - cylinders with a diameter of 11 and a height of 6 cm. in wet conditions for 7 days, they are dried at room temperature for 3 days. Then the samples are burned and subjected to tests. The test results are shown in Table. 1 and 2. As follows from the table. 1 and 2, the heat insulating gunning concrete mix according to the invention has a significantly higher heat resistance and chemical resistance in a reducing environment with improved heat insulation characteristics. Thermal insulated shotcrete-concrete mixture contains much less silicon and iron oxides.
