Description
00 O The invention relates to refractory materials and can be used in the chemical, petrochemical industry. For lining high-temperature shaft-type apparatus operating in a reducing environment. A refractory mass is known, including electrocorundum and zircon. However, this mass is unsuitable for the manufacture of unburned refractories, including protective coatings, due to the absence of a binder in it at a high chemical inertness of the mass. The refractory mass for high-temperature aggregates, including refractory aggregate, in which electrocorundum is used, high-alumina dialuminate cement and zirconium-containing component, as the latter the mass contains dioxide zirconium, sodium salt of sulfa-melamine in the following ratio of components, wt Electrocorundum Highly clay 3 emisty dialyum9-16 sodium cement 0.99–3.98 Zirconium dioxide Sodium sulfate 0.01–0.02% melamine A disadvantage of the known composition is low chemical resistance in a high-temperature reducing environment. For example, a high content of oxides of silicon, iron, and alkali metals in electrocorundum (Si02 1%, 0.7%, NajO + HjO 1%) and dialuminate cement (SiOj, 2%, 1%, 0.6%) leads to the formation of volatile hydrates in a high-temperature reducing environment with a high partial pressure of iodine vapor, which leads to the rapid destruction of the lining and deterioration of the heat-exchanging equipment. This composition provides a refractory concrete mix with high strength. However, 55 this composition causes a large bulk of the mass and high coefficient of thermal conductivity, which leads to a considerable thickness of the lining (up to 50,300 mm) and a reduction in the reaction volume of the apparatus. In addition, the disadvantage of this mass is its high cost, which is due to the introduction of deficient and expensive electrocorundum into its composition. The aim of the invention is to increase the durability in a high-temperature reducing medium and to reduce thermal conductivity. This goal is achieved in that the raw mix for the production of refractory concrete, including calcium and aluminate aluminates. a filler, as an alumina-containing aggregate, contains waste of a carrier for a catalyst for the conversion of natural gas of a fraction of 0.1-5 mm in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Waste of a carrier for a catalyst for the conversion of natural gas of a fraction of 0.1-5 mm60-80 Calcium aluminates 20-40 Waste The carrier of the natural gas conversion catalyst has the following chemical composition, wt.%: 99.72-99.9 0.03-0.2 0.035-0.08 Calcium aluminates are used as a binder according to TU 21-20-34-78 In the manufacture of catalysts used in the catalytic conversion of natural aza, rejects obtained catalyst carrier in the form of whole and fragmented granules For the production of those wastes ogneuprrnogo aggregate crushed on a jaw crusher or a hammer, and then sieved to 0.1-5 mm fraction. Fractions above 5 mm cause a large rebound when gunning vehicles with refractory concrete. The use of a fraction less than 0.1 mm causes an undesirable increase in the weight of the refractory mixture. Depending on the weight of the catalyst, the bulk density of the waste filler varies from 1000 to 1500 kg / m. The mixture is prepared as follows. Dosing by weight of dry components is subjected to mechanical mixing for 2-3 minutes. Water is then added and the mixture stirred with water is stirred for another 2-3 minutes until
