Способ осуществл ют следующим образом . Дренажную трубку ввод т в верхнечелюстную пазуху и закрепл ют в стенке костного отверсти , образованного после прокола иглой, диаметр которой равен диаметру дренажной трубки. Выступающий из носа дистальный конец дренажной трубки обрезают на уровне переднего кра ноздри, а оставшуюс часть дистального конца дренажной трубки завод т внутрь ноздри и укладывают в углубление преддвери носа. Таким образом, осуществление предлагаемого способа обеспечивает надежную фиксацию обоих концов дренажной трубки за счет расположени одного конца в костном отверстии верхнечелюстной пазухи, а другого в углублении преддвери носа. При таком закреплении отсутствует раздражающее действие на слизистую оболочку в месте прокола стенки пазухи и обеспечиваетс свободное носовое дыхание. Кроме того, обеспечиваетс свободное удаление содержимого полости носа и удобство выполнени процедуры промывани пазухи и введени в нее лекарственных веществ.The invention relates to medicine and can be used in the treatment of the maxillary sinus.
