FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to agricultural production, in particular, to technology of unmanaged tillage.
1.There is a method of dull tillage by loosening it under a stubble layer with a flat-cutting paw 1.
The disadvantages of the method are that the vertical position of the stubble does not effectively prevent the soil from drying out by the sun rays, and the upper soil particles not bound by the root system of the stubble are subject to wind erosion.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the water retention efficiency and reduce wind erosion.
This goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method of unpaved tillage, mainly undercutting crops, including loosening it under a stubble layer with a flat-cutting tool, roll the stubble before loosening the soil.
Moreover, the stubble is rolled across its rows, in addition, the stubble is additionally rolled after sowing seeds.
The method is carried out as follows.
е. подIn spring, when preparing the soil with a stubble layer, the whole stubble is rolled to the sowing with a light roller, if it is in rows, then it is rolled across the rows or at an angle, depending on the height of the stubble and the distance between the rows. If the height of the stubble does not exceed the spacing between, then roll across, i.e. under
пр мым углом, если высота стерни значительно превыщает рассто ни междур дь , целесообразней прикатку ее произвести под острым углом, увеличив плотность покрова стерни в междур дье.a right angle, if the height of the stubble significantly exceeds the distance between the rows, it is more expedient to roll it out at an acute angle, increasing the density of the cover of the stubble between the rows.
After rolling the stubble in the usual manner with a flat-cutting paw, the soil is loose under the stubble cover, and then the seeds are sown.
After loosening and sowing of seeds, a certain percentage of stubble lifting from the soil surface is possible. To eliminate this phenomenon, the stubble can be repacked.
Rolling of the stubble can be done 5 simultaneously with loosening its flat-cutting paw by installing the roller in front of the paw, and if necessary stitching of the stubble after sowing seeds - simultaneously, by attaching the roller after the cutting.
70-90%.Example. On a wheat field with a height of 0 erased | 1 and 25 cm roller. roll the field across the rows to loosen the soil with a flat-cutting tool and after sowing the seeds. At the same time, 1,120 stems with a diameter of 0.3-0.4 cm are counted on 1. After treatment of 5 floors and sowing of seeds per 1 m, 800 pieces / cm of stems are laid, which ensures coverage of the soil by 70-90%.
Due to the mulching of the soil by the rolled stubble, the temperature regime of the soil is improved and the unproductive loss of moisture through evaporation is reduced. In addition, stacked stern, eliminating soil blowing, reduces wind erosion.
