The invention relates to power engineering and can be used in heat exchangers of regenerative systems of steam turbines of power plants and in heat supply systems designed to heat water with steam. A heater (surface heat exchanger) is known, comprising a housing with nozzles for supplying steam and cooling water, water chambers, a bundle of heat exchange tubes connected to the latter, an integrated condensate cooler covering a part of the beam tubes along their entire height and made in the form of a casing, the lower part of which is open located below the level of the condensate, the condensate drain pipe connected to the top of the cooler 1. However, in this heat exchanger the condensate is cooled and in the supercooled This status is derived from the integrated chiller. The supply of steam to the condensate cooler is not allowed, as in this case, the occurrence of hydraulic shocks that can destroy the cooler is possible. Therefore, the integrated condensate cooler can and should always operate in the mode 25 of a water-heat exchanger. At the same time, taking into account the invariance of the size of its heating surface, the design indicators of its operation will be provided only with a limited range of changes in the initial parameters. It is not possible to reduce or increase the heating surface in such a preheater. A surface heat exchanger is known, comprising a housing with nozzles for supplying steam and cooling water, a water supply system -35 and drainage water chambers, a bundle of vertical heat exchange pipes connected to water chambers, an integrated condensate cooler with a hydraulic lock including a lifting section, OH-40 roll-in the lower part of the beam, the condensate drain pipe connected to the housing in the area of the condenser condenser 2. However, the hydraulic lock installed in the cooler provides guaranteed flooding by condensate of the surface and heat-45 exchange cooler. This inevitably leads to the fact that at any load of the preheater the heat exchange surface, which functions as a condensate cooler, remains unchanged and it is impossible to exclude a part of it from the operation or to completely cool it during the operation of the preheater. Therefore, for the heater to work with a built-in condensate cooler and without it, it is necessary to have two devices — one with a condensate cooler, the other without it, which reduces the degree of unification and reduces their cost-effectiveness during production. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the heat exchanger. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a surface heat exchanger containing a housing with nozzles for supplying steam and cooling water, water supply and drainage water chambers, a bundle of vertical heat exchange tubes connected to water chambers, a built-in condensate cooler with a hydraulic lock that includes a lifting chambers. the section covering the lower part of the beam, the condensate drain pipe connected to the housing in the zone of the condensate cooler, the lifting section of the hydraulic seal is connected to the condensate drain pipe along the edge her least another pipe with shut-off valve. FIG. 1 shows a heat exchanger; general view; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. Surface heat exchanger. It includes a housing 1 with a steam supply pipe 2, a water supply 3 and a drainage 4 water chambers, a turning water chamber 5, a bundle of vertical heat exchange pipes 6, an integrated condensate cooler 7 with a hydraulic lock including a lifting condensate drain pipe 9 connected to the lifting section 8 of the water seal through pipelines 10 with shutoff valves I, pipes 12 and 3 of the pipe, water and cooling water outlet, as well as pipe 14 for non-condensable gases. Surface heat exchanger operates as follows. The flow of heated water through the nozzle 12 enters the water supply chamber 3, from where it enters the rotating water chamber 5. From the chamber 5, water enters the drainage chamber 4 and is discharged from the heater through the nozzle 13. The heating steam flows through the nozzle 2. mounted on the housing 1 enters the heat exchange pipes 6. The condensate of heating steam from the pipes 6 enters the condensate cooler 7, and then to the lifting section 8 of the water seal and further, through the pipe 9, the condensate of heating steam is removed from the heat exchanger. Thus, in the water heat exchanger mode, the entire heat exchange surface of the cooler 7 works. If necessary, it is enough to reduce the size of the heating surface of the cooler during operation by opening the stop valve 11 on one of the pipelines 10 (upper or middle), while the condensate level in the hydraulic seal and annulus the cooler 7 will be lowered, which will free up part of the heat exchange surface of the cooler 7, determined by the installation location of the pipeline 10, on which valve II is opened, for working you're in condensation mode. If necessary, completely eliminate from operation the condenser condenser 7, opens
При этом в зону охладител 7 конденсата беспреп тственно поступает пар и вс зона охладител 7 работает в режиме конденсации пара.shutoff valves 11 on the lower pipe 10 and all the heating steam condensate, not rising in the cooler 7, enters the pipe 10 and is discharged from the heat exchanger. In this case, steam enters the zone of the condenser condenser 7 unimpededly and the entire zone of the cooler 7 operates in the steam condensation mode.
Thus, having different modes of operation of the heat exchanger, it is possible by appropriate placement of the cooler 7 with a certain number of pipelines 10 for each mode to provide the optimum surface area.
нагрева встроенного охладител 7, а при необходимости Полностью исключить его из работы, использу при этом освободившуюс поверхность охладител 7 дл работы в режиме конденсации.heating the built-in cooler 7, and if necessary, completely eliminate it from work, while using the vacated surface of the cooler 7 for working in the condensation mode.
Thus, the same heat exchanger can work efficiently in different conditions, which increases the efficiency of operation, expands the sphere of use and allows unifying their production. In addition, the transfer of the heating surface of the condensate cooler to the operation mode during the condensation of steam makes it possible to raise the temperature of the water at the outlet of the heat exchanger.
