10 - 15/.FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the building materials industry, in particular to glass melting, in particular to glass melting in bathroom furnaces. A furnace is known in which the inner surfaces of the vault and the upper part of the walls are made of a gas-permeable refractory material, and the outer surfaces are made of a gas-tight material, for example, of sheet iron. Between the inner and outer layers there is a cavity into which a cooling air is pumped, which is further directed through the filtered bed into the fiery space of the afterburner lj. . The disadvantage of this furnace is that an excessive amount of ignition is supplied to the working kiln due to the poor organization of mixing the secondary air going through the lining with the products of incomplete combustion. The latter leads to an increase in the volume of flue gases and, consequently, heat loss with them. In addition, in this oven, the bottom and walls of the cooking basin, i.e. the zone in which the greatest heat flux into the environment takes place, which is determined by the resistance of the lining to its glass mass, is usually insulated, since the melt layer makes filtration impossible. The filament of the roof and the upper part of the furnace walls, which are less susceptible to wear, are made less filterable, but the possibility of clogging the pores of the material of the layer being filtered by molten entrainment and as a result of this deterioration or complete cessation of air filtration is not excluded. Closest to the invention of the technical essence and the achieved result. is a bath a glass boiled furnace containing a shell and lining, separated by a cavity for supplying a cooling air connected to the burners 2. However, in known air-cooled furnaces, when air flows through the channels formed by the casing, convective heat exchange between the air and the wall on the wall surface takes place, and in such conditions it is impossible to raise the convective heat transfer coefficient to a level that ensures sufficient heat removal. . The purpose of the invention is to reduce fuel consumption, improve the conditions for its combustion and operation of the lining. This goal is achieved by the fact that a ne4bi glass melting bath containing a casing and a lining, separated by a cavity for supplying cooling air connected to the burners, is provided with a gas-permeable refractory partition installed along the perimeter of the furnace in the cavity with a gap relative to the casing and the lining. The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the furnace. The furnace contains a casing 1, a gas-permeable refractory wall 2 to be filtered, a cavity 3 for supplying cooling air, a lining 4, a cavity 5 which is connected to burners (not shown). In the cavity 3 between the casing 1, made of sheet iron, and the refractory partition 2, cold air is pumped. Having distributed over cavity 3, the air passes through the refractory partition 2, is heated and enters cavity 5, from where it is sent to burners for burning fuel. In order to ensure uniform air supply over the longitudinal section of the refractory partition, it is necessary that the ratio of the area of this section to the area of the cross section of the cavity for the supply of cooling air is less than 50. In practice, this condition is not always possible due to the large surface of the enclosure. In this case, the cover must be made from separate units. In the proposed design, the movement of air towards the heat flow into the environment in combination with the high level of the volumetric heat transfer coefficient in the gas-permeable refractory partition (10 kW / m G / determine the possibility of reducing the outer surface temperature of the entire barrier), including enclosing the bath part to almost cold air, while the density of the unregenerable heat flux into the environment decreases from 10 kW / m, which is typical for furnaces with conventional insulation, to 10 ° –10 W / m. Lining with air coming out of a gas-permeable refractory partition will reduce its internal surface temperature and thereby reduce wear. Example., The furnace contains a lining of magnesite-chromite refractory in talcina 0.38 m, a gas-permeable refractory partition of foam laminate thickness 0.11 m, metal casing with a thickness of 0.005 m. In the absence of filtration, which corresponds to the traditional construction of the fence, heat flux with a density of 6050 W / m is diverted to the surrounding medium. The inner surface of the fence at this has a temperature of 1600 ° C. When passing through the partition wall 20.03 kg / m with lifting, the heat flux density from the outer surface of the fence decreases to. 95.92 W / m, and the temperature of the inner surface of the fence decreases by. With an increase in air flow rate to 0.05, the heat flux from the outside drops to 6.12 W / m, and the internal surface temperature decreases by another 7 ° C. The proposed furnace design will reduce the specific fuel consumption by 2-3 times due to regeneration of heat flux into the environment with air. By supplying all the required airflow dp to the burners, the combustion process can be conducted with an air excess factor not higher than 1.05. A decrease in the temperature of the inner surface of the fence by 10-15 s by cooling it with air will reduce the rate of eroding the inner refractory layer by 10-15.
