6. .1 The invention relates to a technique for producing a heat transfer medium and can be used in the processes of drying various materials, as well as in other processes using a coolant when burning liquid and gaseous fuel in power plants. A heat generator is known that contains a duct with an air supply nozzle, inside of which a guide insert is placed, provided with a collar at one end, and nozzles that are perpendicular to the axis of the JV insert. A disadvantage of the known installation is that when a tangential, intake of air into the combustion chamber, three circulation zones are formed, in which intensive grinding of the flows takes place, the mixing zone of two opposing flows (direct air and reverse fuel) is especially significant. an intense turbulent exchange is created, as a result of which, when the nozzles are removed from this zone, the fuel does not burn completely. To eliminate this drawback, it is necessary to additionally equip the combustion chamber with an additional air inlet pipe, but its presence changes the structure of the streams and, in addition, leads to frequent burnout. The purpose of the invention is to intensify the combustion process and increase the service life of the heat generator -. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the heat generator, which contains a duct with an air supply nozzle, inside which is placed a guide insert, fitted with one end of the nozzle, and nozzles. 84 installed perpendicular to the axis of the nozzle inserts placed within the insert a distance from the roof; ki, equal to 0.4 - 0.6 length of the insert, and to a depth equal to O, 7 - 0.95 of its internal diameter. Fig. 1 shows a heat generator with gas flow distribution zones, a general view, where :. 1 - zone of air movement, II - zone of movement of combustion products and W - boundary between zones 1 and P; figure 2 - section aa in figure 1, where D is the inner diameter of the insert. The heat generator contains a duct I, an insert 2, made in the form of a set of tangentially placed strips 3, equipped with a crush 4, and a tangential nozzle 5 for supplying air: a. The outlet openings of the nozzles 6 are located within the insert 2 at a distance from the cover 4 equal to 0.4 to 6, the length of the insert 2, and to a depth equal to 0.7-0.95 of its internal diameter (G), i.e. in such a way that the fuel escaping from them falls on the boundary W of the separation of zones 1 and II. The heat generator works as follows. The air for cooling the mixing chamber and gasification of the fuel is supplied to the duct 1 through a tangential nozzle 5. The fuel is supplied to the duct 1 through the nozzle 6. The airflow and fuel mix occurs at the boundary 3 of two zones 1 and II, where the fuel is completely burned. At the same time, the heat output of the heat generator is regulated by changing the pressure in the fuel supply system, as well as by changing the number of operating injectors 6..
