(1-2%).This invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to means of controlling a blast furnace process. A device for measuring the thickness of the charge layers, consisting of two zols, filled in the form of insulated tubes, installed horizontally in a furnace and being sensors for measuring the electrical resistance of the PJ charge, is known. The disadvantage of this device is that the horizontal tubes are subject to significant bending vertical load, which reduces the lifetime of the probe and leads to an increase in the error of the measured layer thickness, 11 which is closest to the invention of the technical essence and the effect achieved is The charge in the blast furnace, containing the case on which the set of non-metallic rings with electrical insulation strip is located, while the metal rings are noftapno connected to the current source 2J. However, the well-known design of the low accuracy of fixing the boundaries of the components of the mixture with different electrical resistance (coke and agglomerate) due to the fact that for closing two pair of connected rings that are one from the other vertically at some distance, the space must be filled along the height of the probe equal to the thickness of the lower ring and the electrically insulating gasket between the rings, which degrades the accuracy of measuring the thickness of the layer. The fabrication of metal rings with a small volume of light impairs their contact with charge materials, which leads to a decrease in the sensitivity of the probe. The reduction in the thickness of the insulating gaskets S1 shrinks the reliability of the insulation of metal rings, which is highly undesirable. In addition, to measure a single boundary of the charge layers 1 with the help of a known probe, a minimum of four rings are required, spaced some distance from each other along the height of the probe, which complicates the design and reduces the measurement accuracy. The lime structure also does not allow to measure the deformation of the charge layers. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy and reliability of controlling the layers of the charge layers. The goal is achieved by the fact that the probe for controlling the parameters of the charge in a blast furnace, comprising a housing on which a set of metal rings with electrical insulating strips is located, the metal rings being pairwise connected to a direct current source, the metal rings selected from the height of the top of the furnace to 0.7 of the height of the conical shaft of the furnace, the housing being connected to the other pole of the DC source. The limits of optimality are established from the following considerations. The maximal distance between the electrode groups is equal to the height of the cylindrical top, and the maximum is 0.7 heights of the shaft and is set on the basis of experimental data on temperature measurements obtained by direct measurement on blast furnaces, as well as on the basis of published materials on the distribution of half of the top half over ice cream blast furnaces of Japan. When the distance to 0.6 is reduced to the height of the shaft, the possibilities of the probe to measure the deformation of the layers are limited; if the distance to 0.8 is increased, the probe can get into the test materials and get out of order. | Direct measurements on hot working furnaces have shown that the upper limit of the melting zone does not rise above the level of 0.7 from the top of the shaft. The two pairs of rings are as fast as possible to measure the rate of discharge of the charge, which is calculated from the time between the closures of the first and second rings, the electrode and the tube, and the known distance between these rings. The thickness of the layer of the charge is determined by the time between the closing and opening of one of the rings and the calculated speed of the charge of the charge of the charge. FIG. 1 shows the probe proposed; longitudinal section of FIG. 2, section A-A in FIG. 1, The probe contains a metal tube 1 with metal rings 2 and electrical insulation strips 3, a current source 4 and a measuring circuit 5. The probe works as follows. Through a gate, with the help of a winch, the probe is lowered into the furnace to the surface of the charge, and then, together with the charge, is lowered to a predetermined level and fixed individually in a vertical position. The principle of the device is based on different electrical conductivities of coke and iron ore materials. Coke has an electrical resistance of 1-3 Ohms with a layer thickness of 50-60 cm, and iron ore materials 1-10 thousand Ohms, which allows for a known distance between the ring electrodes 2 connected to the current source 4 through the measuring circuit 5, and time the opus of the cannula to determine the rate of milling and the thickness of the layers at different levels, the charge, and also to calculate the deformation of the layers by the height of the furnace from the difference of two measured layer thicknesses. The accuracy of measuring the thickness of the charge layers is increased due to the fact that it is enough to touch only one ring electrode 2 to the particles of material with opposite conductivity in order to close the corresponding tube-to-ring contour, since pipe 1 is a common electrode and is always in contact with coke. The values of the measured thicknesses of the layers and their deformation can be used when checking the mathematical models of the minimum part of the Schachta for their adequacy to real conditions. Using the invention will optimize the distribution of charge materials and gases in blast furnaces and ensure coke saving (1-2%).
