I - . Jiiib The invention relates to building materials and is intended for the lining of thermal units, such as heating wells and coke oven batteries. The composition of the refractory composition for the manufacture of non-fired products, including, wt.%, Is known: Vitrified quartzite fraction 6-0.09 mm 58-98 fraction less than 0.09 mm 15-20 Sodium hexametaphosphate 5-12 Portland cement 1.7-4, Disadvantage This composition is a low temperature resistance of the products, taK, when heated, modifying transformations of the silica-containing filler, which is part of the composition, and its transformation into other crystallographic forms, which leads to an increase in the volume, causing a loss of strength during cooling due to cracking. I -. The closest to the invention technical solution is a refractory composition for the manufacture of unburned products 2, including, in wt.%: Quartzite vitrified 45-90 Refractory clay 5-30 Phosphate binder 5-25 A disadvantage of the known composition is the low temperature resistance of the products, since during rapid heating and cooling, the silica-containing napolite, which is a part, is transformed into other crystallographic forms associated with an increase in volume, leading to cracking and destruction of the product. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength at normal temperatures of hardening and heat resistance. This goal is achieved by the fact that a refractory composition for the manufacture of unburned products, including phosphate binder, silica-containing filler and refractory clay, further comprises mixing graphite with the following ratio of components, wt.%: Phosphate binder 9-28 Refractory clay 6-14 Mixed graphite2-8 Silicon-containing filler Still Mixed graphite is a waste of metallurgical production, which is formed during cooling of iron-carbon melts containing scaly graphite Fit (30-65%), iron oxides and (1-15%), iron carbides - cementite and Exilone carbide (20-35%). The introduction of 2 to 8% mixing graphite, the components of which interact with the phosphate binder to form phosphates of complex composition (aluminum, chromium, iron, and silicon), ensures the hardening of the masses at normal temperature. At temperatures above the mixing graphite plays the role of a mineralizer, which accelerates the transformation of quartz in its modifications and prevents excessive growth, loosening and cracking of products during heating. As a result of the formation, during heating, of the glass phase of phosphate compounds of crete-gai and iron, the solidification of which cements the silica-containing filler grains, sintering occurs with the formation of a dense structure with high mechanical strength and heat resistance. The content in the mix- ing: graphite composition is less than 2 wt.% Does not provide the necessary strength at normal temperature due to the insufficient amount of amorphous polyphosphates formed, which influence the maintenance of strength at normal temperature. The content in the mass of the mixing graphite more than 8 wt.% Leads to an increase in vaporization due to the violent reaction of the additive with the phosphate binder and a decrease in the strength of the products. Example 1. In a mixture consisting, in wt.%, Squartzite 50, refractory clay 14 and aluminum-chromophosphate powder St. 28, 8 wt.% of mixing graphite are introduced and the whole mass is thoroughly mixed to a homogeneous state. Example2. In the mixture consisting, wt.% | dinas 68.5%; refractory clay 10 and an alumina-chromophosphate binder is 15.5%, 6 wt.% of mixing graphite is added and the whole mass is thoroughly mixed to a homogeneous state. Approx. In a mixture consisting, in wt.%: Quartzite 83%; refractory-. on clay .6; an aluminum chromophosphate binder 9, 2 wt.% of mixing graphite are introduced and the whole mass is thoroughly mixed to a homogeneous state. The table presents the properties of the proposed and known composii. Products made on the basis of the proposed composition according to examples have high indicators of heat-physical and physicomechanical properties, which make it possible to increase rock service, accelerate the introduction of heat units into action, reducing
простои, и тем самым повысить их производительность в 1,5-2 раза.downtime, and thereby increase their productivity by 1.5-2 times.
