8. A known ultrasonic transducer comprising a piezo element, a damper, a protector and a magnet for holding the magnetic contact fluid ij. The disadvantage of the transducer is the impossibility of automatic replenishment of the contact magnetic fluid on the working surface of the transducer, which reduces the quality of the acoustic contact and the performance of the control. The closest to the proposed technical entity is an ultrasonic transducer, comprising a housing installed in a non-piezoelectric element, a protector, a damper with a magnet, a reservoir with contact magnetic fluid, a lid of the latter and an automatic supply unit of contact fluid to the working surface of the transducer fZ. A disadvantage of the known ynbt-sonic converter is the complexity of the design of the automatic supply unit of the contact magnetic fluid, which contains a capillary with a solenoid valve, a sensor for the presence of contact fluid mounted on the working surface of the converter, and a control unit electrically connected to the sensor and the solenoid valve. The use of an electromagnetic valve and a control unit requires the introduction of additional power sources, increases the cost of the converter, reduces the reliability and performance of the control. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design of the converter. The goal is achieved by the fact that in an ultrasonic transducer, comprising a housing, a piezoelectric element, a protector, a damper with a magnet, a reservoir with contact magnetic fluid, a cover of the latter and an automatic feed unit of the contact magnetic fluid on the working surface of the transducer, a node for the automatic feed of contact fluid made in the form of connecting the tank with the working surface of the two capillary transducer with valves. The drawing shows the design of the ultrasound transducer. The ultrasonic transducer contains a reservoir I, which is hermetically sealed with a cap 2 and is located in the transducer housing 3, in which the automatic supply unit of contact magnetic fluid is installed on the transducer working surface 4, made in the form of two capillaries 5 and 6 with valves 7 connecting the working surface 4 of the transducer with the reservoir 1. In the case 3 of the transducer, a protector 8 is mounted, on which the piezoelectric element 9 and the damper 10 with the magnet 11 are located. The position 12 denotes the contact magnetic field dkkost. Ultrasonic transducer works as follows. The transducer is connected to a flaw detector (not shown), capillaries 5 and 6 are closed with valves 7. Open the cap 2 and fill the reservoir 1 with contact magnetic fluid 12. Seal the cover 2 tightly. Install the ultrasonic transducer on the tested product and open the valves 7.i the fluid in tank 1 is attracted by the magnet 11 to the working surface 4 and flows there from the capillary 6. At this time, air flows through the second capillary 5 in the tank. As soon as so much magnetic fluid 12 leaks onto the work surface 4 that it blocks the opening of the capillary located on the work surface 4, the penetration of air into the tank 1 through the capillary p 5 stops and the outflow of liquid to the work surface 4 from the capillary 6 stops, because liquids without air access creates a vacuum in the tank 1. The product is inspected by moving the transducer along its surface. As soon as the quantities in the magnetic fluid 12 on the working surface 4 decrease as a result, its consumption is so much so that it will stop blocking the access of air to the tank 1 through the capillary tube 5, the flow of the fluid through the capillary tube 6 to the surface 4 will resume, etc. At the end of the operation, the valves 7-31 are closed and the remnants of the magnetic fluid are removed from the working surface 4. The filling of the new liquid into the reservoir 1 is performed with the valves 7 closed. The limiting diameters of the capillaries 5 and 6 should be within 0.5-3 mm. As such dimensions are optimal for the operation of the device, the fluid is replenished on the working surface 4 when the bottom end of the capillary 6 is at a distance from the magnet that a pressure gradient acts on the liquid at the bottom end of the capillary. , With the reduction of the flow of magnetic fluid, by approximating the spot radius of the magnetic fluid on the working surface 4 of the transducer to the radius of the piezoelectric transducer 9, it is advisable to run the front of. The capillary tube is located directly near the tread edge 8. For reducing the radius of the spot of magnetic fluid, it is advisable that the distance from the center of the tread to the center of the outlet of the capillary 5 be smaller; and, in the limit, was determined by the ratio, π2, where L is the distance from the center of the tread 8 and the center of the orifice of the capillary 5; the distance from the center of the tread to the center of the opening of the capillary 6; - capillary hole radius r - capillary hole radius 5.: The implementation of the automatic supply unit of contact magnetic fluid on the working surface of the converter in the form of two capillaries with valves allows the design of the converter to be significantly simplified by eliminating the sensor of liquid from it , an electromagnet and an elec tron block, an electromagnetic magnetically controlled by an electromagnet.
