縦断面部、第2図は装置と駆動回路や制御回路や積算計
等との連結状態を示す回路図、第3図は装置の作動状況
を時間的に表示するパルス「・凹凸線」の図式図である
。
図面において、1は配管、2は第1バルブ、3は中空孔
、4はフロート、5は冷媒液検出器、6は発光ダイオー
ド、7はフオトダイオ−−ド、8はタンク、9は気化器
、10は第2バルブ、11は中空孔、12は磁性フロー
ト、13はガス流検出器、14はリードスイッチを示す

沈下するフロート4を嵌挿された冷媒液検出器5と、該
冷媒液検出器5の一側に配置された発光ダイオード6と
、該発光ダイオニドロと対向する上記検出器5の他側に
配置され上記発光ダイオード6から放出される光を受け
るようにされたフォトダイオード7と、上記冷媒液検出
器5と配管1で接続され冷媒液を充填するタンク8と、
該タンク8と配管1で接続され冷媒液を気化する気化器
9と、該気化器9と上記タンク8との間に電磁的に開閉
するように設置された第2バルブ10と、上記気化器9
と配管1で接続され内部に設けられた中空孔11にガス
の流れにより浮上沈下する磁性フロート12に挿嵌され
たガス流検出器13と、該ガス流検出器13の片側に配
置され上記磁性フロート12の浮上沈下により開閉作動
するようにされたリードスイッチ14とから形成され、
上記タンク8内に冷媒液を充填し且つこれを第2バルブ
10より出す行程を加算して冷媒液の流量を検出し且つ
上記冷媒液より発生するガスの流れを上記ガス流検出器
13で確認するようにしたことを特徴とする冷媒流量測
