1 The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used to reduce vibrations transmitted from the rotor to the housing elements of machines and mechanisms. A known method of balancing composite rotors is that individual rotor elements are mounted on a balancing machine, the amplitudes and vibrations of the supports are measured, which determine the position and weight of the balancing weights l. The disadvantage of this method is that after assembling the rotor becomes unbalanced due to the action of disturbing forces caused by the engagement errors or the imbalance of the connecting elements. The closest to the invention is a method of balancing a tooth rotor with trunnions in sliding bearings, which consists in determining the elliptical trajectory of the trunnion movement and installing corrective weights on the rotor choosing the mass and installation location based on the reduction of the semi-axes of the elliptical trajectory 2j. The disadvantages of this method are the low accuracy and efficiency of hurray. Weighing due to the inaccuracy of manufacturing the geometrical shape of the trunnions, commensurate with the measured displacements. The purpose of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of balancing. The goal is achieved according to the method of balancing the gear rotor with the trunnion in the sliding bearings, which consists in determining the elliptical trajectory of the movement of the trunnions and installing the correction weights on the rotor, measuring the hydrodynamic pressure in the sliding bearings, determining the direction of maximum hydrodynamic pressure, and the places and masses of corrective weights are chosen from the condition of combining the direction of the smaller ass axle of the elliptical trajectory of the trunnion movement with the direction of the maximum hydrodynamic pressure. FIG. 1 shows a gear rotor; in fig. 2 shows the location of hydrodynamic pressure sensors in the middle section of sliding bearings. 12 in FIG. 3 - two of the possible elliptical trajectories of the movement of the trunnion with the same absolute displacements. The method is implemented as follows. When the gear rotor 1 rotates in the supports 2 and 3 slides, the initial trajectory of movement of the trunnions of the rotor 1 is determined using displacement transducers 4. The place and weight of corrective weights are determined in the first approximation using the amplitude and phase method. At the same time, the diagrams of the hydrodynamic pressure and the direction phase of the maximum hydrodynamic pressure relative to the pin of the position marker 6 are recorded simultaneously at the pressure sensor 5. Then, first-order correction weights are installed on the rotor in selected equilibration planes and the amplitude and phase of vibration are again measured using sensor 5, the initial unbalance of the rotor 1 and the mass and location of the corrective weights are determined in the second approximation. Then the first-order correction weights are replaced by the second-order correction weights. To further reduce the imbalance of the rotor, characterized by the readings of sensors 5, using both pressure sensors 5 and displacement transducers 4, second-order correction weights shift in phase to offset the direction of the smaller semi axes of the axial movement of the axles with the radial direction of maximum hydrodynamic pressure. The method is based on the fact that the signals from the hydrodynamic pressure sensors are proportional to the dynamic force acting on the support, and the phase shift between pressure and dynamic force does not depend on the magnitude of the force. The proposed method, which provides an assessment of the dynamic forces transmitted from the rotor to the supports by the dynamic pressure in the oil wedge of the slide supports, makes it possible to increase the balancing efficiency by a factor of 3-4 in comparison with the known method.
