. Использование древесных отходов в смеси с гексахлорэтаном в качестве вещества дл ликвидации анодных эффектов сокращает расходы дефицитной древесины, особенно жердей, применение которых приводит к вырубке значительного количества молодого леса, а также создает экономию электроэнергии за счет сокращени времени на ликвидацию анодного эффекта.kn The invention relates to the electrolytic production of aluminum from molten media and is aimed at improving the method of eliminating anode effects. The use of eliminating the anode effects of petroleum oils or wood in the form of battens or poles 1 and 2 is known. The disadvantage of this application is quite a long time for eliminating anode effects, as well as using scarce wood, especially poles, the use of which leads to cutting down of a significant amount of young forest. The aim of the invention is to save electricity by reducing the duration of the elimination of the anode effect, reducing the consumption of wood. The goal is achieved by the fact that the substance for eliminating the anoxic effect in the aluminum electrolyzer containing wood additionally contains hexachloroethane in the following ratio of components,% by mass: Hexachloroethane 10-40 Wood The remaining Introduction to the composition for eliminating the anode effect of hexachloroethane provides a reduction in the duration of the anode effect by improving the wettability of the sole of the anode with electrolyte as a result of enrichment of the anode layer with chlorides, as well as due to more intense barbo The bottom of the anode is gaseous by reacting the mixture with the melt. The use of a mixture containing less than 10% hexachloroethane is not advisable and more than 40% does not lead to an additional reduction in the duration of the elimination of the anode effect, and, consequently, leads to unproductive consumption of hexachloroethane. Preferably wood used in the form of waste, sawdust. The elimination of the anode effects of the proposed substance is carried out by introducing it in the form of extruded bodies under the anode base in any known manner. Example. The anode effect of aluminum electrolysis cells with self-firing and fired anodes is eliminated. Wood waste, pressed with hexachloroethane, in the amount of 5-50% is used. The mixture is introduced into the sub-single space with a bell. Comparative data on the results of the elimination of the anode effect of limestone (wood) and the proposed (wood waste mixed with hexachloroethane) are given in the table. As can be seen from the table, the use of wood waste in a mixture with hexachloroethane almost halves the duration of the elimination of anode effects, which increases the technical and economic performance of electrolyzers. . Using wood waste mixed with hexachloroethane as a substance to eliminate anode effects reduces the cost of scarce wood, especially poles, the use of which leads to the cutting of a significant amount of young forest, and also creates energy savings by reducing the time to eliminate the anode effect.
