Description

The invention relates to plow snowplows intended to work in cramped conditions, for example, in a municipal utility.

A plow snow plow containing a base chassis, a blade attached to it, made in the form of two pivotally interconnected and installed with the possibility of rotation in a horizontal plane with a hydrocyliidrome of concave sections with lower and upper parts and inner and outer edges 1.

A disadvantage of the known snow blower is the low efficiency, due to the possibility of snow spilling over the blade into the gaps between the inner edges of the sections in the position when they are turned towards each other to work with a shovel.

The purpose of the invention is to increase work efficiency by eliminating snow spillage over the blade.

The goal is achieved by the fact that a plow snow plow containing a base chassis, a blade attached to it, made in the form of two hingedly interconnected and installed with the possibility of rotation in the horizontal plane of the concave sections with the lower and upper parts and the inner and outer edges, is provided with slats, attached to the inner edges of the upper and lower parts of the first section and located behind the inner edges of the same parts of the second section, while the inner edges of the lower and upper parts of the last minutes are inclined toward the outer edges of said first section.

The base chassis 1 is equipped with a blade consisting of two sections 2 and 3, which are interconnected by a vertical hinge formed by axis 4 and loops 5 and 6 surrounding it, fixed to sections 2 and 3 of the blade. Axis 4 is fixed in supports 7 and 8 of the hinged frame 9. Section 2 and 3 of the blade are rotatably mounted with the help of hydraulic cylinders 10 and 11 in the horizontal plane. The hinged frame 9 is installed with the help of horizontal hinges 12 on the chassis 1 and is connected to the last power cylinder 13 lifting hinged frame. Sections 2 and 3 of the blade are made in a concave shape, for example, 5 of the straight sections with the upper 14 and lower 15 parts, having internal 16 and 17, as well as external 18 and 19 edges, respectively. To the inner edges 16 of the lower part 15 and the upper part 14 of section 2 are attached the strips 20, which are located behind the inner edges 17 of the lower part 15 and the upper part 13 of section 3.

At the same time, the inner edges 17 are inclined towards the outer edges 19 of the section 3. The lower parts of both 5 sections 2 and 3 are fastened by sharers 21.

Plow plow works as follows.

At transport crossings, the hinged frame 9 and the dump connected with it are raised to the upper position by means of the power cylinder 13, and for carrying out the snow cleaning they are set to the lower position before the plowshares 21 with the coating touch. With the help of hydrocyliidors 10 and 11, the blade sections are installed in one of three positions: to move the snow to the left, to the right, or to form a shovel. In each of these positions, sections 2 and 3 of the blade in the middle part are adjacent to each other without a gap, which ensures the movement of the snow shaft without spilling it over the dump, and this allows increasing the efficiency and quality of cleaning from snow.
