Т а б л и ц а 1FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to extinguishing fires, in particular, to foam-forming compositions used to produce fire extinguishing foams. Foaming agents are known to have satisfactory extinguishing efficiency with respect to polar solvents, for example, in extinguishing oil aldehyde II, as well as nizhnoh alcohols and acetone 2 Both compositions contain perfluorinated surfactants, either cationic, obtained on the basis of perfluoropelargonic acid, or annionic salts of perfluoroligoether monocarboxylic acid. The disadvantage of these formulations is the low resistance of foams to isopropyl alcohol because THAT allows 1SP.) 1;), ..: -,) TO THESE foaming agents to extinguish it. Closest to the proposed in Jr ets composition 3. the contents of the mixture of salts dvz, gh; homologues of p and oligomeria; hexafluoropropylene perfluoromethyl esters and ethyl alcohol at the following ratio of components, May. %; Trimer salt1.0-30.0 So.ppt, octamer 1.0-16.0 E) -; .. alcohol 2.0-35.0 VodpOther The structural formula of fluorinated powder has the form FiCF-dF, QVc F-- df to or NH A disadvantage of a known composition is the stability of the foam on the surface of isopropyl alcohol. In addition, the presence of alcohol (up to 35 May.%) Alcohol in its sTVuroBoro composition makes it dangerous for the foaming agent to limit its field of application. The purpose of the invention is to ensure that the foam is resistant to isopropyl alcohol. This goal is achieved by the fact that a foaming agent for extinguishing polar combustible liquids, including a mixture of perfluoro-oligoether monoaconic acids based on hexafluoropropylene oxide, an organic solvent and water, contains as a perfluoroligoether monocarboxylic acid mixtures of salts of the general formula FCCF-CF j. CF, no. in one of which n 1 - 2, in another n 10-23; M - MONO-, di- or triethanolamine, and as a solvent - ethylene glycol in the following ratio of components, May,%: Perfluoromer monoether monocarboxylic acid salt with n 1 - 20.1-2.5; The perfluoroligoethermonocarboxylic acid salt with a p of 10 is 230.1-5.0; Ethylene glycol 3,0-35,0 ODS-Else A foaming agent is obtained by mixing two perfluoro-oligoether-monocarboxylic acids (from 1.0 to 2.0 and from 10 to 23), adding ethylene glycol to the resulting mixture while stirring. The resulting mixture is neutralized with mono-, di-, or triethanolamine and then cooled (water is added to room temperature. The resulting mixture is a concentrate, from which working solutions are subsequently prepared. Example, Preparing the optimal composition of the foaming agent, For preparing 100 g of the frother 75 g of a perfluoroligoether monocarboxylic acid are mixed with 1.0 2, 0 and a perfluoroligoethermonocarboxylic acid of 10, then 2 g of ethylene glycol are added. After mixing the mixture, it is neutralized with diethanolamine until alkaline (- 9). neutralization the temperature of the mixture is higher: 1 to 50–60 ° C. The mixture is cooled to room temperature. Then water is added to the mixture obtained to 100 g. From the concentrate prepared in this way, 2% working solutions are prepared for testing. Of these solutions, it is 25 minutes. The results of tests of the composition are given in Tables 1 and 2, where the fluorinated compounds are indicated, where (n is the number of hexafluoropropylene units in the molecule). The results of additional tests of the stability of foams from the optimal composition of the foaming agent on other polar solvents are given in Table. 3. As can be seen from the tables, the proposed composition provides an increase in the stability of the foam on isopropyl alcohol. For the best compositions, the stability of foams on isopropyl alcohol increases by 6 to 8 times as compared with that of a known foaming agent. In addition, the invention is characterized by a relatively high foam stability on other polar solvents (ethanol, acetone, butanol). Table 1
