Description

The present invention relates to a collector device with plug-in idle plates and composite brushes and aims to improve the switching of current in the closure sections of the collector machines, firstly, by placing on the collector between each pair of working plates a group of idle insulated plates of such width that the total width of the group less than the width of one working plate by the width of one blank plate and, secondly, by dividing the brushes of each brush traverse into several parts connected with on the one hand, through each other through adjustable ohmic resistances, and on the other, with the same parts of the brush of the second crosshead brush or through the parallel branches of the stator winding and parallel branches of the transformer winding, or only through the parallel branches of one stator winding.

In FIG. 1 schematically depicts the proposed collector device with the connection of the parts of the brushes through the stator and transformer windings; FIG. 2 - the same, but with the connection of the parts of the brushes through only one stator winding.

In the proposed collector device, after each working collector plate (Fig. 1) attached to the core winding, there are several (n) isolated free plates, where, if the width of each free plate is 3, then the width of each working plate is equal to n. |: -r- | 3 a. Each brush consists of several (t) parts, for example, L A and A. The width of each such part is equal to b, where b is somewhat smaller than the gap between adjacent working plates, i.e., Z) n fi, so that each part of the brush is separate never overlaps two working collector plates at the same time. Parts of the brush are circumferentially shifted relative to each other by a distance exceeding the width of the blank plate, so that two parts of the brush never stand simultaneously on the same free plate. Parts of brushes A and A are connected to the part via adjustable
