Как видно из табл.2 по величине чувствительности предлагаемьй способ превосходит известный в 200 раз, а по технике вЫполнени вл етс более простым, не требует проведени таких длительных процессов, как упаривание, высушивание в токе воздуха различной температуры и под вакуумом, а также применени высокотоксичньпс реактивов и растворителей (изооктан, хлороформ, сероуглерод и п тиокись фосфора ).CO The invention relates to analytical chemistry, in particular to methods for the quantitative determination of mercazole a-1-methyl-2-mercaptoimidazole, used in medical practice as an antithyroid agent. There is a method for the quantitative determination of mercazolyl, containing 15 ml 0.1 n in the processing of the sample being analyzed. caustic soda solution 30 ml 0.1 n. silver nitrate solution and titration of the mixture obtained 0.1 n. a solution of caustic soda. The disadvantages of the method are low sensitivity (a 0.25 g sample is used) and low selectivity, since all acid compounds are titrated with caustic soda. The closest to the invention in technical essence and achievable result is the method of quantitative determination of mercazolyl, which consists in processing the sample to be analyzed in 3 ml of water, 4 g of celite 545, transferring it to the chromatographic column and eluentane successively 150 ml of water-washed iso-octane, 215 ml of chloroform , concentrating the eluate in a stream of air at 40-60 to a volume of 10 ml, transferring the bottle to the beaker and evaporation to dryness at 30–40 stream of air, drying the residue in vacuum over phosphorus pentoxide for 30 minutes, enii dryness under heating in carbon disulfide and the obtained rastvoraS2 spectrophotometry. The disadvantages of the method are low sensitivity (1 mg / ml of the spectrophotometric solution) and the complexity associated with a multi-stage process. The aim of the invention is to increase the sensitivity and simplify the method. The goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method of quantitative determination of mercazolyl, the solution of the analyzed sample in water is treated with a solution of p-quinone chloroimide in isopropanol in a universal buffer solution with a pH of 11.0, followed by spectrophotometry of the resulting solution. All stages of the process are carried out sequentially. 1 02 Universal buffer raster is described 31. Example. Quantitative determination of mercazole in substance. The exact weight of the preparation (about 0.025 g) is dissolved in water in a 200 ml volumetric flask and made up to the mark with the same solvent, 1 ml of the resulting solution is placed in a 25 ml volumetric flask, and 3 ml of 0.1% solution is added. p-quinone chlorimide in isopropanol and adjusted to the mark with a universal buffer solution with a pH of 11.0. A parallel experiment was carried out with a standardized mercazolyl solution (0.0250 g in 200 ml) and a background solution. After 12 minutes, the optical density of the analyzed solutions was measured against the background of the control using a spectrophotometer at 390 nm in a cuvette with a layer thickness of 1 cm. The quantitative content of mercazolyl was calculated using the formula. D-bOQO-Co-Do-pa D is the optical density of the analyzed solution, В „is the optical density of the standard solution Ср- concentration of the standard spectrophotometry solution (0.0005 g in 100 ml) / Р- weight, г oL - layer thickness, cm The results of the quantitative determination of mercazole in the substance are given in Table 1, Comparative characteristics of the known and proposed methods for the determination of Mercazolyl are given in Table 2. As can be seen from Table 2, the proposed method exceeds the known one by a factor of 200, and is simpler in the execution technique, does not require such lengthy processes as evaporation, drying in air flow at different temperatures and under vacuum, as well as the use of highly toxic reagents and solvents (isooctane, chloroform, carbon disulfide and phosphorus pentoxide).
