Abstract

ДАТЧИК ТЕМПЕРАТУРЫ; содержащий чувствительный элемент в виде сердечника из материала с завис щей от температуры магнитной проницаемостью, размещенного в катущке индуктивности, отличающийс тем, что, с целью рас ширени диапазона измер емых температур, материал чувствительного элемента выполнен с градиентом концентрации компонента, измен ющим температуру точки Кюри вдоль оси сердечника. 2.
