00 O9 Yu The invention relates to devices for applying paint and varnish materials to products by airless spraying and can be used in repair and paint work for painting products in small-scale production, with frequent changes in the type or color of paint, during coating on products of complex configuration. A sprayer is known, comprising a housing with a spray head, a pneumatic cylinder with a piston rigidly connected to the plunger, a spool placed parallel to the plunger in the chamber with kaF alami. communicating its cavity using a pneumatic cylinder and a compressed air line, a switching mechanism of the spool and an exhaust duct system with a silencer 1. The design lacks the output of used compressed air to the atmosphere both to the trigger hook and to the sides, which increases the noise level during operation sprayer, and also leads to the ingress of cold air on the hands and face of ra. Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved effect is a spray gun, comprising a housing with a spray head and a pneumatic cylinder in which a piston rigidly connected to the plunger is installed, an air distribution device, an expansion chamber with exhaust holes (2). A disadvantage of the known sprayer is that the discharge of exhaust air through the slit holes in the rear and lower parts of the pneumatic cylinder (in the direction opposite to the spray head) leads to contact with the hands, shoulders and face of the worker. The aim of the invention is to improve working conditions. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a spray gun comprising a housing with a spray head and a pneumatic cylinder in which a piston is fixed, rigidly connected to the plunger, an air distribution device, an expansion chamber with exhaust openings, the expansion chamber is made in the form of an annular groove in the housing concentrically concentrating the piston pneumatic cylinder, and the exhaust holes are made in the housing parallel to the axis of the cylinder, and their output ends facing the spray head. The proposed design of the sprayer ensures that the exhaust air is removed to the side opposite to the small one, thereby preventing it from getting into the exhaust air and reducing the noise level perceived by the small. In addition, the output of the exhaust air channels to the front end surface of the pneumatic cylinder and their concentric (symmetrical) position relative to the spray paint cone contribute to the deposition on the surface of the painted product the smallest paint particles located around the perimeter of the flame and losing their speed due to friction in the atmosphere. FIG. I shows the proposed sprayer, a general view; in fig. 2 is a view A of FIG. one; in fig. 3 is a section BB in FIG. 2. The atomizer includes a housing 1 with a spray head 2 and a pneumatic cylinder 3 in which a piston 4 is mounted, rigidly connected to the plunger 5. The expansion chamber is made in the form of an annular groove 6 in the housing 1 concentrating the piston 4 of the pneumatic diaphragm 3, and the exhaust ports 7 are made in case i parallel to the axis of the pneumatic cylinder 3, with their output ends facing the spray head 2. In case 1 parallel to the pneumatic cylinder 3 there is also a cavity 8 of the valve 9 having a recess 10 and rigidly connected to the pores Shnom 11 spool 9. Chamber 2 por1in 1 1 spool 9 by channels 13 and 14 is connected to openings of plane 15, on which a spring-loaded movement is placed. 16, having a recess and rigidly connected with the plunger 5. In turn, the cavity 8 of the spool 9 by channels 17 and 18 is connected to the cavity of the pneumatic cylinder 3, channel 19 - with the annular groove 6 of the opening chamber and channel 20 - with the air valve 21 and The air supply line and the channel 22 are with holes in the plane 15. The paint cup 23 and the trigger hook 24 are fixed to the spray gun. The spray gun operates in the following manner. When the trigger 24 is pressed, the air valve 21 opens and compressed air enters the cavity 8 of spool 9, from it through channel 17 into the left part of the sheet of pneumatic cylinder 3, and Yu to channel 22 into the notch of the engine 16 and the left part of chamber 12 of the spool 9. Spool 9 is at the extreme right. By the pressure of the compressed air, the piston 4 together with the plunger 5 and the engine 6 connected with it moves to the right (idling). This three exhaust air from the right side of the pneumatic cylinder 3 through the channel 18, the recess 10 of the valve 9, the channel 19 passes into the annular groove 6 of the expansion chamber, and from there through the holes 7 into the atmosphere. When moving the piston 4 with the plunger 5 and the slider 16 to the right, the recess of the slider 16 connects the channel 22 to the channel 14, allowing the air to pass into the right part of the chamber 12 and instantly transfer the pore II with the spool 9 to the extreme left position. The channel 18 is now connected to the compressed air supply, and the channel 17 through the recess 10 of the spool 9, channel 19, the annular groove 6 and the holes 7 - with the atmosphere. The piston 4 with the plunger 5 n slider 16 moves to the left (working stroke). Thus, the piston, alternately a series of working and idle strokes, makes a reciprocating motion with a frequency of 1500-2500 strokes per minute. When idling, the paint is sucked into the spray head, when the worker is compressed and at a pressure of 12-15 MPa is ejected through the nozzle, finely sprayed and forming a paint and varnish coating on the surface of the product being painted. The proposed sprayer creates the best working conditions, since the exhaust air is directed towards the spray head.
