On the main auth, sv. No. 946573 is a well-known multistage plant for the distillation of water, which consists of a cylindrical body with successive evaporation sections. Each section includes a confuser, a cylindrical working section, a kivitator with a steam discharge pipe installed behind it tl. However, this installation does not work economically enough, since the energy of the secondary vapors and velocity head is not used. The aim of the invention is to increase the plant economy. This goal is achieved by the fact that a multi-unit water distillation unit is equipped with surface heat exchangers for preheating the raw water connected via steam pipes to the condensers of the evaporation chambers. In addition, in order to use the brine head pressure, it is equipped with a turbine connected to the last evaporation chamber and installed on the same shaft with the pump of source water. The drawing shows the proposed multistage installation DL5; distillation of water. The installation consists of a preheater 1, a cylindrical body 2, successively arranged evaporation stages 3-7, each of which includes convergers 8-12, cavitators 13-17, steam exhaust pipes 18-20 connected respectively to intermediate condensers 21 23 of the evaporation chambers, and Steam pipe 24 and the last 25 and 25 two stages 6 and 7 are connected to surface heat exchangers 26 and 27. The vapor space of each intermediate condenser 21-23 for complete condensation of the vapor is connected to the vapor space of the surface heat CENI 28 - 30, respectively. At the brine outlet of the last evaporation chamber, a steam line is installed on the turbine 31, which is connected to the heat chamber of heat exchanger 32. The centrifugal pump 33 is installed on one shaft with the turbine and through pipe 34 and regulating valve 35 is connected to heat exchanger tubes 32. Condensate from each surface heat exchanger 26 - 30 enters collection of 36 fresh water. The multistage distillation unit operates as follows. The brine pump 33 at a pressure of 40-50 atm through the pipe 34 and the control valve 35, designed to regulate the pressure of the pump 33j, is supplied through the heat exchanger 32 to a series of successive surface heat exchangers 29-30 Preheated in the heat exchangers brine further to the heater 1p where it is heated to saturation temperature at the indicated pressure, and through the confuser V., which creates the necessary velocity (about 8–10 m / s) and the drop in static pressure at the given temperature; , is applied to the cavitator 13. When the cavitator 13 flows around, a supercavitating process occurs and a vapor cavity is formed; from which steam is drawn through steam removal pipe 18 and fed to intermediate condenser 21 of the next evaporation stage 4, the brine is heated in the intermediate condenser 21, since after the first evaporation stage it loses some of the energy with oTo6paKHbnvi vapor and is cooled steps all processes occur in a similar way, but steam from the last two steps 6 and 7 is fed to surface heat exchangers 26 and 27. Since the entire system is thermally insulated from the surrounding medium, then the pressure loss (some pump goosenecks) are also transformed into heat that goes to evaporation. Velocity head due to yivieHb diameters step, é, despite the decrease in liquid flow 1 (due to vaporization j is significant) For a more complete use of the energy of the velocity head and skill due to this, the specific cost of the process for freezing brine with .e, n: / Ushgk.-ersv pairing is fed to the 31 Urbine, located; - VC); W one alu with L eHTpo6es: H jii-: i kacogogo 3:
