About 1. 1 The invention relates to the construction of a single vehicle, in particular, to gas-dynamic driven mine hoists. A mine hoist is known, which contains a hermetic shaft installed in it with a load carrying platform that is movable and equipped with seals, the cavity under which is connected to the fan 1. The disadvantage of this elevator is that in actual conditions there are gaps between the load carrying platform and the mine walls, which leads to air leaks from the air cushion cavity and affects the dynamic and gas-dynamic characteristics of the platform, reducing the speed and increasing the transport time, thereby reducing the productivity and efficiency of the lift. The purpose of the invention is to improve the operational efficiency of the hoist by reducing air leaks. The goal is achieved by the fact that the mine hoist, containing a hermetic shaft, installed in it, a load carrier platform equipped with seals, the cavity under which is connected to the fan, is equipped with a pallet mounted on the lower part of the load carrying platform, on the walls as Several seals are located one above the other, each of which includes a plate and two flexible tapes, one of which is fixed on the wall of the pallet and the other on the plate, with cavities formed, indicated Tammy flax bubbled flexible, interconnected pairwise common conduit having a check valve minutes and report them to a source of compressed air. In addition, the plate seal is equipped with rollers that interact with the walls of the mine. FIG. 1 shows a lift, general view; in fig. 2 — node I in FIG. one . The mine hoist contains a sealed shaft 1, in which a load carrying platform 2 is installed on with the possibility of moving, the cavity 3 under which is connected to a fan (not shown). To the bottom of the pile of the existing platform 2 a pallet is fixed on the walls of which 6I seals 3 are mounted, CIICTOHIHHC is made of several elements 6, made of and-) two flexible tapes 7, one ends of which () Gh are fixed on the walls of the subnlnl, others - on the plate 8 forming a cavity 9, communicating with a source of compressed air (not shown) by means of a pipeline 10, supplying a check valve 11 and a filling tank 12. The cavities 9 are connected to each other in pairs, and on the plates 8 of the sealing elements 6 rollers 13 are installed, interacting with about the walls of the mine 1. Mine lift works as follows. Before operating the elevator, the seals 5 are put into operation. For this, the air supply source is connected to the filling nozzles 12 of the pipelines 10, which communicate with the working cavities 9 of the sealing elements 6. Then the compressed air is supplied to the cavities 9. Under the action of air overpressure, the flexible tapes 7 connected to the ends of the plates 8, and others - with the walls of the pallet 4, take a C-shape. In this case, the plates 8 are installed in a horizontal position and come into contact with the walls of the shaft 1, ensuring the tightness of the cavity 3 of the air cushion. The pressing force of the plates 8 to the walls of the shaft 1 is controlled by the amount of overpressure of the air in the cavities 9 of the sealing elements 6. The outflow of air from the sealing elements 6 is eliminated due to non-return valves 11. In the future, only monitoring of the state of the sealing 5 is performed. or bleed air from sealing elements. After the compaction 5 has been put into operation, the elevator is ready for operation. Compressed air is supplied to the cavity 3 of the air cushion. Under the action of air overpressure, platform 2 begins to move upwards to the destination level. Plates 8 are made of wear-resistant material with a low coefficient of friction, and flexible tapes 7 are made of rubberized reinforced material. To reduce the friction of the plates 8 against the walls of the shaft 1 during the movement of the platform 2, on
They can be 1, -lcrcgleen rollers 13, rolling on the walls and providing a minimum clearance, which is very important during the operation of the lift.
1.The ability to move the plates 8 in the horizontal plane provides a high efficiency of sealing the working cavity 3 with a large relative unevenness of the walls of the shafTi 1. This type of consolidation 5 of the mine hoist allows monitoring the unevenness of the mine 1.
Thus, the use of the proposed mine hoist increases the efficiency of use of the gas-dynamic drive and the stability of the dynamic characteristics of the supporting platform.
