В конце фазы опоры амортизатор 9 расжимаетс и возвращает дополнительное звено 6 в первоначальное положение, осуществл тем самым разгибание протеза .p 111 The invention relates to medicine, namely to prosthetic engineering and is intended for prosthetics of persons with disabilities, from the stump of the thigh or after the intersoil; abdominal and abdominal amputation, A prosthesis containing the femoral sleeve, the four knee joint, the lower leg tube and the ankle joint with the foot El3 ° is known. This prosthesis allows the functionality of the artificial lower limb to be closer to normal. However, shortening the prosthesis is not enough for its free passage over the support into the transfer phase. In addition, the prosthesis does not provide sufficient stability and energy costs for this prosthesis are large. All this leads to a deterioration in the biomechanical characteristics of walking of people with disabilities. A hip prosthesis is also known, which includes the hip receiving sleeve and the I-sleeve, connected by means of a knee knot (CU) in the form of a four-link hinge mechanism, as well as a foot, ankle-folding device, a braking mechanism and stops. In the known hip prosthesis, there is no possibility to regulate the size of the durability zone and to ensure the flexion of the prosthesis in the CC in the support phase, which leads to an increase in the energy expenditure of the disabled person and asymmetry. The aim of the invention is to reduce energy consumption when walking by reproducing the knee-joint flexion function in the support phase and increasing the prosthesis stability by reducing asymmetry. The goal is achieved by the fact that the hip prosthesis containing the thigh sleeve, the shank sleeve, is connected by a knee node in the form of a four-link hinge mechanism, as well as a foot, ankle-opening device, a tarding mechanism and stops, the knee knot contains an additional link, connect valuable irirn to the upper a rear link means chetgrehzvennogo hinge mechanism, and between, its zu ver them additional units E installed shock absorber capable of controlling the compression force, and the hinge new compound and rear of the complementary units fixed to the femur sleeve. 32 In addition, the knee-opening device of the knee knot is completed in the form of a buffer installed with the possibility of adjusting 1 of its length on the lower link of the four-link hinge mechanism. FIG. 1 shows the proposed hip prosthesis, general view; in fig. 2 knee knot, longitudinal section. The hip prosthesis consists of a thigh sleeve 1 and a shin sleeve 2 connected by means of a knee joint 3 in the form of a hinged four-stage mechanism, foot 4 (Fig. 1) and a screw joint. 5. The knee assembly 3 is provided with an additional link 6 pivotally connected to the top 7 and rear 8 links, between the top 7 and Additional 6 links a shock absorber 9 is installed, the rear joint 10 of the rear 8 and the additional 6 links are not fixed on the top link 7 of the four-link CU 3 mechanism. The ankle-folding device is implemented in the form of a buffer 11 installed in the lower link 12 of the COO 3 four-link mechanism. Between the top 7 and the front 13 links, a stop 14 is installed against over-bending of the prosthesis. The shock absorber 9 is fixed in the upper link 7 of the KU 3 four-piece mechanism with the possibility of adjusting the amount of pre-compression with an additional link 6 when the prosthesis is bent into the support phase, and the buffer 11 is in the lower link 12 of the four-link mechanism with the ability to adjust the free path of the rear link 8 when the prosthesis is bent into the phase transfer. The operation of the CC in separate phases of walking on the prosthesis is carried out in the support phase and the transfer phase. At the beginning of the support phase, the additional link 6 from the lowermost position moves up, turning around the axis located in the upper link 7, and deforms the upper shock absorber 9 installed in it. When this occurs, the prosthesis bends and an increase in the area of the man-prosthesis system resistivity. At the end of the support phase, the shock absorber 9 expands and returns the additional link 6 to its original position, thereby unfolding the prosthesis.
