The cascade heat pump cooling systems that contain the circuit for the high-boiling chla agent and which installed the compressor, the first section of the condenser, the first cavity of the double-cavity heat exchanger-regenerator, the throttle and the condenser-heater, and the circuit of the low boiling cooling circuit are izves7 , in which its compressor is injected, the second section of condenser-condenser-evaporator and its choke, evaporator, and second cavity of heat exchanger-regenerator lj. A disadvantage of the known installations is their low economic efficiency, which is associated with a low value of the heat conversion coefficient, in s, which is the case of an energy overrun per unit of heat generated. The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency by increasing the heat conversion rate. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a cascade heat pump installation containing a high-boiling refrigerant circuit, in a cage there are a compressor, the first section of a condenser, the first cavity of a double-cavity heat exchanger-regenerator, a choke and a condenser with a vapor condenser, as well as a low-boiling circulation circuit of the condenser, and a choke and a condenser with a vapor condenser, as well as a circuit of a low boiling condenser and a condenser with a condenser, and a low boiling loop and a low boiler circulation loop. which included its compressor, the second section of the condenser, the Koi-schensato evaporator, and its choke, the evaporator and the second cavity of the heat exchanger-regenerator, in the high-boiling chlorine circuit Adapter between the first section of the condenser and the first cavity of the heat exchanger-regenerator is additionally equipped with a three-way valve, and the installation itself additionally includes two two-cavity heat exchangers, the first cavities of which are included respectively into the high-boiling refrigerant circuit between the free outlet of the three-way valve and the throttle of this circuit and into the circuit low-boiling refrigerant between the condenser-evaporator and the choke, and the second cavities of these heat exchangers are included respectively in the circuit of high-boiling chlorine agent of capacitors between the evaporator and the compressor, and a low boiling point refrigerant circuit. between the evaporator and the second cavity of the heat exchanger-regenerator. The drawing shows schematically the proposed installation. The cascade heat pump installation comprises a high-boiling refrigerant circuit 1, which includes compressor 2, the first section 3 of the condenser 4, the first cavity 5 of the double-cavity heat exchanger-regenerator 6, the throttle 7 and the evaporator-condenser 8, as well as the contour 9 of the low boiling output. refrigerant, which includes its compressor 10, second section 11 of condenser 4, condenser-evaporator 8 and its choke 12, evaporator 13 and second cavity 14 of heat exchanger-regenerator 6, three-way valve 15, first cavities 16 and 17 of double-cavity heat pumps oobmennikov 18 and 19 and the second cavity 20 and 21. The installation operates as follows obrazbm. In the evaporator 13, a low boiling refrigerant boils at low pressure, producing a low temperature cold. The resulting low boiling refrigerant vapors are aspirated through the second cavity 21 of the heat exchanger 19 and the second cavity 14 of the heat exchanger regenerator 6 by the compressor 10 and injected through the second section 11 of the condenser 4 into the evaporator condenser 8, in which they turn into a Fluid condition. The resulting liquid low-boiling refrigerant from here is fed through the first cavity 17 of the heat exchanger 19 and the throttle 12 again into the evaporator. At this time, a condensing evaporator 8 boils at an intermediate pressure with a high boiling refrigerant, which, as indicated above, fumes of low boiling refrigerant condenses. The resulting vapors of the high boiling refrigerant are sucked through the second cavity 20 of the heat exchanger 18 to the compressor 2, which pumps them into the first section 3 of the condenser 4, where they are turned into a liquid at high pressure. Liquid high-boiling refrigerant from section 3 of condenser 4 flows through a three-way valve partially through the first cavity 5 of the heat exchanger-regenerator. b, and the remaining part through the first cavity 16 of the heat exchanger 18 to the choke 7, after which, at intermediate pressure, is sent back to the condenser-evaporator 8.
В результате того, что больша часть тепла жидкого высококип щего хладагента при высоком давлении и жидкого низкокип щего хладагента при промежуточном давлении использетс в теплообменниках 18 и 19 и в теплообменнике-регенераторе 6 Дл Due to the fact that most of the heat of the high-boiling liquid refrigerant at high pressure and the low-boiling liquid refrigerant at intermediate pressure is used in heat exchangers 18 and 19 and in the heat exchanger-regenerator 6
перегрева всасываемых паров этих агентов в компрессоры 2 и 10, имеет место значительное повышение коэффициента преобразовани тепла данной каскадной установки,overheating of the intake vapors of these agents into compressors 2 and 10, there is a significant increase in the heat conversion rate of this cascade plant,
Э1 ономическа эффективность предлагаемой установки выражаетс в снижении расхода электроэнергии на производство тепловой энергии вследствие повышени коэффициента преобразовани тепла.The economic efficiency of the proposed plant is expressed in reducing the consumption of electricity for the production of thermal energy due to an increase in the heat conversion coefficient.
