10 .1 The invention relates to electrophysical treatment methods. Inverter-type pulse generators are known that contain switching keys, a storage capacitor and, connected in parallel to the interelectrical gap, a no-load device (XX) and a chain of series-connected separating diodes connected to the counter switches of the inverter Cl. A disadvantage of the known generators is that the separation diodes together with the inductance of the opposite ends form a short-circuited circuit. During the passage of n to this current pulse contour, the duration of its trailing edge increases under the action of a self-induced EMF of the discharge ends. This, in turn, leads to a decrease in the magnitude of the recharge and capacitive storage. An increase in the duration of a discharge current pulse, along with a deterioration in the quality of the surface, when electroerosive cutting by a wire electrode causes it to burn out. To mitigate the effect of this, it is not necessary to reduce the current amplitude and the frequency of the working impulses and, consequently, reduce the productivity of the treatment process. The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity and quality of the treated surface. This goal is achieved by the fact that the idle speed device and a chain i.e. of successively connected separating diodes, connected to the spontaneous commenting keys of the inverter, are inserted into the pulse generator for an inverter-type erosion treatment containing a switching key and parallel to the separation diode connected to the spacing commenting keys of the inverter. - EMF connected in series and counter-separating diodes. FIG. 1 shows the generator circuit; in fig. 2 - current pulse shape. The generator contains a source of power 1, two controllable keys (thyristors) 2 and 3, a capacitive drive (capacitor) 4, dividing diodes 5 and b, in series-counter which are included counter-emf 7 and 8. as well as a device for operating a generator on XX 9 and an erosion gap 10. The proposed generator operates as follows. When the thyristor 2 is turned on, the working capacitor 4 is charged along the circuit: power supply source 1 - thyristor 2 - accumulator 4 - counter-EMF 8 - isolation diode 6 - erosion gap 10. When the thyristor 3 is turned on, the working capacitor 4 is discharged along the circuit: capacitor 4 - thyristor 3 - erosion gap 10 - diode 5 - counter electromotive force 7 - capacitor 4. Thyristors 2 and 3 are locked after the passage of current pulses by recharging the accumulator voltage 4. After the current reaches the maximum value, the emf of self-induction of the discharge ends changes its sign by about Brother, to the inhibition of the fall of the current. The equivalent inductance of the discharge ends L is shown in FIG. 1. Under the action of this EMF on the circuit: diode 5 - counter EMF 7 and 8 - diode b - the erosion gap flows current. The duration of this current exceeds the duration of the current flowing through the thyristors 2 or 3, and is determined by the values of the back-emf of the discharge gap 10, the active resistance of the discharge circuit and the energy accumulated at the discharge ends. The longest current pulse duration takes place during a short circuit (JK3). The duration of the falling edge of the current pulse is determined by the formula: t, 4 "where tj is the delay time of the falling edge of the current pulse; L is the inductance of the discharge ends; i is the current value at the moment of the beginning of the flow of current through the separation diodes; 51 is the sum of the back emf 8 and 7 and the discharge gap; g - active resistance of the discharge circuit. As follows from the formula, with a short-circuit gap and the absence of back-EMF 8 and 7, the current decreases exponentially, and the pulse duration tends theoretically and infinity. Experimental testing of the cxeNW generator showed that the duration of the discharge pulses compared with the prototype decreased both when operating on the erosion gap and when operating in the IJ3 mode. All this allows you to increase the pulse frequency by 1.5 times and accordingly increase productivity by 40% and improve the quality of the treated surface by 1 class.
