The invention relates to a technology for the manufacture of stators of electric machines, mainly of low power with re-fusible poles, and can be used in electrical engineering for small-scale production or repair. There is a known method of laying windings into the grooves of the stator of low-power electric machines, consisting in directly winding a wire onto the stator with a movement of a hollow tube and shape-forming hooks moving back and forth under economic conditions of small-scale and single production. impractical, and manually laying the windings is very time consuming. Also known is a method of manufacturing and laying coils into stator grooves, including winding blanks of coils, placing them into grooves and pulling blanks in slots until they stop at the end of magnetic circuit 2 D. The disadvantage of this method when preparing stators of small electric machines is the inconvenience of manual installation coils having a large number of turns and fast fluffing. The purpose of the invention is to provide ease of stacking the coils into the grooves of the magnetic pipe. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of manufacturing and laying the loose winding into the grooves of the magnetic conductor of the electric machine, including winding the blanks of the coils, placing them into the grooves of the magnetic core and pulling the blanks into the slots until it stops, in the end of the magnetic conductor, the coil blank is wound with a length of turns by an integer number of times the length of the coil roll and the number of turns smaller by the same number of times, and after tightening the workpiece in the grooves, the remaining part of the workpiece is twisted to form an eight and placed in the slots, while the process repeat until the blank is fully laid. FIG. 1-3 sequentially shows the stages of laying the coil in the stator slots. The method of manufacturing and laying the bulk winding into the grooves of the magnetic circuit, for example, the stator of the electric machine, consists in winding the coil into a twofold longer than the coil turn and the number of turns smaller than in the coil. Such a billet is compact, fluffed a little and easily stacks into the semi-closed stator pae (Fig. 1). After that, the coil blank is pulled all the way to the end of the stator, and the free part is bent with an octopus (Aig.2). The resulting loop is poured into the partially filled grooves with the second layer (fig. 3). In this case, in the second layer of the coil, the direction of the current coincides with the direction of the current in the first layer, the total magnetic field of the coil will be the same as with the usual stacking method. After laying the second layer of the workpiece, align the hinges and the frontal parts of the coils at both ends of the stator. Depending on the sizes of electric machines, the coil blank can be made a whole number times greater than the length of the coil turn and a number of turns the same number less than the number of turns of the coil. This method is simple and provides the convenience of manual laying coils of thin wire with a large number of turns. Due to the fact that the laying of the loop is larger than with the usual method of laying the bulk winding, the tension of the wire and its damage are eliminated and, as a result, the reliability of the electric machine is increased.
